2025 Ford Mustang Mach-E review
Exterior interior design of this car is absolutely fantastic! I got the premium edition with the premium interior and performance package, including special front air, dam, and Brembo brakes in the front. I couldn’t be happier with this car and in love with it!!! the front seats are a little stiff. Maybe that’s because it only has 5000 miles on it? I just completed a 300 mile trip and loved every mile.

2024 Ford Edge review
7 Ford Edges and the 2024 is rock solid yet quiet and great performance. Everyone wants to use the Edge when we go anywhere. The controls are easy to use for non distracted driving. Long road trips are un eventful and tires last forever. Loading space in the rear is flat easy and lots of space. Good visibility and safe.

I needed to trade in a vehicle i had bought for my husband who had passed. I already have a benz so i brought it into them to get a price on what they would give me. It turns out I left with another. What I personally LOVED was the fact that i was not pressured into buying. I was given time to look around and make a decision without being bombarded by a sales guy. They were fast, courteous and very professional. As for service they have taken care of my 550 convertible. She is an old girl 2009 but i maybe put on a 1000 miles a year. She is in great shape and I usually request Chris in service to work on her. I had an emergency one day and they got me in immediately with no appointment. Brandi the general manager is amazing and if you ever have any concerns or issues she will make it right if given the chance. She really cares about the Mercedes brand and her customers. I recently moved out of state and i’m terrified to go to anyone else bc I trust them so much. However, when i decide to buy my 3rd i can assure you it will be there. I can’t say enough good things about them with all my years of business.
2023 Ford Explorer review
Apple play used to connect but no longer does. Didn’t notice passenger door wasn’t installed properly until I took a road trip and the noise!!! Drivers side arm rest squeaks as though it’s about to come apart. Very noisy engine over 40 mph.

2018 Ford EcoSport review
We bought our ecosport 2018 in 2020 with 19000 kms going on 6 years now. We love it, have gone onlong trips 5 times. Great on gas . Now 2026 recall first time for any repairs.

2025 Ford Explorer review
I purchased a 2025 Ford Explorer Platinum with the 3.0 liter 6 cyclinder. The car has lots of power and drives well. It has lots of acceleration and easily pulls a 5000 lb trailer. Things I like about the car: 1. Heated and cooled front massage seats. On a long drive the massage seats are fabulous! 2. Very good radio/sound system 3. Wireless Apple/Android connectivity 4. Lots of cargo space What I dislike: 1. Gas mileage between 19-22 mpg 2. Lane departure system annoying 3. Had a rattle noise in the front of the car at 9000 miles that the dealer could not find. At 11,000 miles, the rattle mysteriously went away. No idea what is going on here. 4. Sometimes when I open the rear hatch, the chime sounds loudly, The next time it does not sound at all. Wish I could just turn it off. ??

2019 Ford F-250 review
I got my crew cab 2019 F250 XLT with the 6.2L for 37k in 2020 with 22k miles on it. I’ve put 25k miles on it in two years and It’s been ok, the cab is very spacious, first thing people say when they open the back doors is “this thing is a limo!” And trust me it’s the best thing for moving. I love the fold up backseats, it’s just that much more cargo space. Mine also has the pop up organizer under the seat which is perfect for grocery shopping, and keeping tools from rolling around. She’s pretty quick for her size too which I enjoy, I’ve had no running issues yet but honestly I’m not impressed with its Towing capabilities. I had my older 7200lb superduty on a trailer and the 2019 seemed to have a hard time figuring out what gear it wanted to be in even with tow mode on while doing 30-40mph. Between that, the heat shield breaking drive shafts recall, and the death wobble I’m sad to say I’m a bit scared of how reliable this thing will be in the long term. I have mine on the list for a new steering dampener to fix it’s death wobble but parts are back ordered “could be 2 weeks or 6 months” the dealership told me. Luckily Ford will cover it cuz it’s a widespread known issue tho. I love the ride and the space, but the mpg is killing me at 15mpg when my 2000 f250 also gets 12-15! 19 years of improvements for the same fuel mileage? Kind of pathetic! My 2000 is just a better truck even with the smaller 5.4L. when it comes to hauling, towing and yanking trees out of the ground the old girl takes the cake!

We recently purchased a '26 Ford Maverick XLT hybrid AWD, closing the sale and picking up the vehicle on Mon, 1 Jun 2026. We really like it. Our salesman was Tyler Nelson. The sales process was smooth, and no pressure. The truck we wanted (ruby red metallic) was located at a New Hampshire dealership. Yankee Ford did a quick, efficient dealer trade. They gave us a very fair price for our eleven-year-old trade-in. Since we keep our cars eight-to-ten years, we opted for an extended warranty. Our time in F & I office was painless. No high pressure. All-in-all, the car buying process was pleasant and fair. I'd recommend Yankee Ford to anyone buying a vehicle. P.S. We forgot to remove our E-ZPass transponder from our trade-in. I went back two days later. The car was still there and a friendly employee - who manages the program where they send some used vehicles to auction - quickly and efficiently retrieved it for us.
2024 Ford Expedition review
Purchased new July 5, 2024 now have approx 16,000 miles recently took a trip that was total 4,000 miles. Wife states as the most comfortable vehicle she’s ever had especially on this long trip pulling a 6x12 enclosed motorcycle trailer from Chicago to Scottsdale, AZ. Nimble handling even in the mountains and plenty of power! 5 Stars Ford!!

When I bought my car, I also decided to purchase the extended warranty. About six months later my transmission developed a problem. I called Darren (service manager) on a Friday and told him about my problem. He had me come in the following Monday morning running some diagnostic test. He needed to run some more test the fallowing day so I took my car back again so that they could recheck again. Darren was communicating with the insurance company during my visits. Darren called me the following Friday with the good news that the extended warranty was replacing my transmission with a new one. That was on February 6th. Well with absolutely no fault of the Crafts, Crafts waited until May 6 to receive the new transmission. It was on backorder all that time. With numerous calls from Christine (service writer at Crafts) to Rowe KIA then to me. She was upbeat all the time, but she understood my situation. I cannot thank her enough for keeping me informed and checking with Rowe Kia. Darren was also very helpful and i believe he did what he could. Darren and Chrisetine were awesome, A great team. Crafts got the Tranny on a Wed., got my car same day and it was ready the following Monday. I cannot say enough good about Crafts! Great to work with and also very concerned about me, the customer. 2025 Ford Maverick review
I have abused this vehicle. Towed 6000#, pulling trees 4 ft in diameter and 60 ft tall that a Kubota tractor couldn't budge. I've run the xxxx out of it and I have no complaints. Best little truck money can buy.

2020 Ford Explorer review
Wife's car ,working at home not many miles low 20k as of2024 June. Still I wonder about trans fluid because of time. Problem that bugs me is the radio. Static in AM off and on ,and of course the business station 1220am about the market. UGH!! Third lease of explorer, so low in miles ,made it a purchase. 🤞👍

2022 Ford Edge review
I purchased the titanium awd edge which came with 20 inch wheels and the ride was a bit rough. I had a 2016 with 18 inch wheels and it was very smooth. I found a set of 18 inch original ford wheels, purchased new tires and now it rides like a dream. It´s quiet, handles well, the interior is a bit dated, but has all the tech and safety I need. I compared the X3 and Q5, but the Edge had a lower price and was loaded. Not a single problem since I bought it, just regular service and one recall that was fixed while I waited at the dealer. I highly recommend it.

2024 Ford Expedition Max review
Previous minivan owner we didn’t realize we had out grown our minivan till we realized the amount of space in our new truck. We have 4 active kids from 5-15 that are in multiple sports. We travel a fair amount both to the airport and on road trips. So our new vehicle needed to get all of us and luggage wherever we’re going. So far this is doing it.

2022 Ford Maverick review
I own the 2022 Ford Maverick XLT Hybrid and so far with roughly 28,000 miles on it I love it. Cannot believe the gas mileage that I get. From April thru Nov I am in the upper 40's to low 50's. That is driving in the cities and highways between the cities. Any long travels on the expressway and my mileage drops to the mid to low 30's. When I purchesed it in 2022 I stayed with the standard XLT interior and I do not regred not upgrading it. It is comfortable for a vehicle and it is quiet. I have easily gotten 4 golf bags in the truck bed and 4 golfers in the cab with one of those golfers standing at 6 foot 8 inches. I've also been able to get 2 10 foot kayaks in the bed with no problem. Yes, they extended beyond the tailgate but had no problems. So far I rank my purchase of my 2022 SLT Ford Maverick Hybrid as one of the top two vehicles I've purchased in my life time, and I will be 74 in 2025.

2022 Ford Escape review
I purchased used '22 Escape SE AWD two years old, low mileage and delighted with my dealer purchase. Upon extensive research, I was aware the loss of market value, which is why I purchased used. This vehicle is produced in volume as 'low-end' entry among 22 field competitors. Yes, there are several vehicles out there higher rated, more expensive, but my research validated highest cargo storage - highest mpg, for the reasonable market price. You can benefit from this depreciation by buying used! Some complain of the transmission, or slow pickup, or passenger door side panels. I have had no issues after 20,000 miles 6/2024 and get 31.3 mpg combined which is stellar!! A great value for the used car price-not new price. I would recommend as a reasonable value, HIGH capacity SUV can accommodate 4 airport passengers full size luggage is my first Ford of 21 cars purchased. Styling is very attractive, good assortment of safety features. Rear seats slide for extended passenger or cargo capacity.
