Crossroads Ford review
The service department is excellent. They always communicate with us, keep us informed, etc...Todd was excellent to us when we bought our truck.
2018 Ford Explorer review
This is my fourth Explorer. I decided in 2018 to order the top-of-the-line Platinum. This vehicle has all the bells and whistles for a person that wants the luxury of one of Fords top models. It has Platinum leather seats that are very comfortable. If you can find today, buy it. It has the 3.5L V6 that has great power on acceleration. You can only buy a V6 now on the 2025 Explorer ST which is a 3.0L. The cost is around $60,000 Loaded.

Reliable with excellent features, looks sleek and drives great! The ability to switch from two to four wheel drive helps save gas mileage. The ride is smooth and with the top down it’s a real treat to drive around on a warm day.

2023 Ford Ranger review
The Ranger is a great light duty pickup for urban use. The 4-cyl 2.3L Turbo engine is plenty strong and gets great MPG at highway speeds. Around town I get right at 20 MPG, but at highway speeds it is closer to 28 MPG. It also tows my 3,000 lb boat with ease and gets 1 5 - 18 MPG while doing so. I would have liked a 6' bed, but Ford right-sized this vehicle for those that don't need a full-sized pickup.

Purchasing a vehicle here is a great experience. I’d like to say thank you to Salesman Mike, Eugene the manager and Mike the owner. I’m a repeat customer as this is my 2nd purchase here. They make you feel like family, You guys are great. I would recommend anyone looking for a quality vehicle to go see this team.
2016 Ford Transit-350 review
We have six kids in this vehicle fits our family perfect. The gas mileage is better than you would expect. It definitely doesn’t ride like a luxury car. However why do you give up in some slight road noise you definitely make up for in convenience. It fits car seats well. And I’m 5 foot 11 and can easily move around inside.

Wife's car ,working at home not many miles low 20k as of2024 June. Still I wonder about trans fluid because of time. Problem that bugs me is the radio. Static in AM off and on ,and of course the business station 1220am about the market. UGH!! Third lease of explorer, so low in miles ,made it a purchase. 🤞👍

2024 Ford Edge review
7 Ford Edges and the 2024 is rock solid yet quiet and great performance. Everyone wants to use the Edge when we go anywhere. The controls are easy to use for non distracted driving. Long road trips are un eventful and tires last forever. Loading space in the rear is flat easy and lots of space. Good visibility and safe.

Crossroads Ford review
Searching for new vehicle after being struck by evader resulting in total loss of my loved Ford Fusion AWD. Search paid off when finding Crossroads Ford. John Sterrett quickly responsed to my inquiry and I took the ride north as he had several vehicles I was considering. After test drives I was elated to have a like new AWD Ford Fusion from Crossroads. Zero presure , no nonsene, professional, polite and willing to talk dealership. Worth the trip fom Connecticut. Thank you John and the entire Crossroads Team. Tad Derouin
2021 Ford Bronco Sport review
Generally the styling is nice, you really can see where the older Escape was used as the basis for this vehicle. The interior is nice and comfortable. Ford missed the mark on storage. The dead space behind the screen, as one example. You can buy a bin that will fit very nicely in that spot. Mileage has been good. Road noise can be a little much as times, and the ride can get a little jittery at speed. There is an odd shudder between 35 and 40mph, that the service tech said is from "cylinder deactivation". Ford and other manufacturers have had this technology for a long time. Seems hard to believe that Ford would screw it up. Was told that it happens in Eco or Normal mode. In Sport mode it's less noticeable, and doesn't really effect the mileage that much. Tried it, didn't see much of a difference. Other issue is legroom in the back seat. I'm 6'4" (and it's surprisingly easy for me to get in and out), but I need to have the seat back a bit. Leaves very little room for a back seat passenger. Overall, pretty good vehicle. Hopefully in the next gen, they'll correct some of these issues.

I've bought many new cars in my life, that's why I enter every car dealership assuming the salesperson will be trying to push me into buying something I don't want and definitely won't let me leave until I buy something. Well... no need to bring that attitude into Romeo Ford. That's not how they work. They listen and they work to find you the car you want and then make the best deal. Best experience I ever had buying a car. I highly recommend Romeo Ford. And I love my new Bronco!

2021 Ford Ranger review
Strong little truck, great off road, and great gas mileage. Superior towing compared to my 2019 Taco. If you need a mid size truck that is actually a truck the Ranger will be great for you.

Overall a very fun and inviting car! Surprised by its ease of use and quality! Enjoyed both its highway driving and off-road use. Highly recommend for anyone who's interested in a big, fast, and fun SUV.

Imperial FordReviews
Imperial Ford review
I was looking for new vehicle. I knew exactly make/model/packages I wanted I found Imperial Ford while searching online which they had one listed. For this visit I came in prepared, knowing trade in value on my 2024 and anything else I could think of. They ended up matching everything without me telling them my secrets. I left with the vehicle feeling I made a good deal and they treated me well. I would go back.
