Josh helped me get into the car I wanted. He worked around the clock making sure that he could make it happen. I was in a car accident and only had a week to get another car. Josh made it happen. I thank him for his hard work and dedication. It???s been almost a year since purchasing my car and everytime I come in to get my car serviced he remembers me by name and is always so kind. Everyone at the dealership was extremely helpful and personable. Sarah was fantastic in explaining the different vehicles and trims, and not to mention has a wonderful personality. John worked really hard to get me a great deal. I was offered above market value for my trade and my monthly payments are less than what I was willing to do because of John's hard work and honesty. I bought my last vehicle from Ben when I lived in PA. I now live 4 hours away and when I needed another vehicle made the trek back to him. The drive is worth it for the ease of buying and quality of vehicles. Dealers around here are too expensive and I saved a lot by driving back home to buy.
I went in looking for a good deal on a vehicle and had several dealers in mind at the time. It was later in the evening so I met with Gary Deibert. He put a deal together on a few vehicles and promised to beat any other dealer around. The next day I was contacted by Scott Keath... both gentlemen came up with a deal that satisfied my wants and never pressured me at all. It was a great experience and i was very pleased as I drove away with a new 2018 Punk'n colored Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara with matching hard top!
Joe, Henry and Fran went out of their way to make everything perfect!! I have to start off by saying this was a journey I’ll never forget!! It started in Florida where I’m from and I was originally going to buy a car in Atlanta. However, the car in Atlanta was not the car promised to me over the phone even through pictures and videos. I was so upset because I sacrificed leaving my family for this car. I immediately picked up the phone and called Ridesmart Auto which was my plan B. Joe answers the phone and I begin to tell him what my current situation was and how upset I was, he first called me down and when I was able to get back in a normal state of mind we began talking about the car he had in stock that I was interested in but I was very cautious because of what I just had gone through. He reassured me that the car was exactly what he was describing and for some reason I trusted him and I believed in him just by the nature of his voice. The only obstacle now was, I was in Atlanta and Joes car was in Pennsylvania. I took a deep breath and I told him I’m on my way!!! I saddled up and 15 hrs later during my road trip there I get a phone call from my wife that my 1 yr old broke out in hives. Now what???? I picked up the phone called Joe as I’m driving trying to come up with a plan because the original plan was to trade my current car in for the ne VW and drive it 24 hrs bank to Florida the next morning after we did all the paperwork. It couldn’t be so perfect right? At this point I called Jet Blue and a buddy of mine got me a buddy pass for the next morning to fly out of Philadelphia at 9 am. Brilliantly Joe offered to send his employee Fran (which is an awesome man) to meet me when I arrived at midnight at the airport with all the paper work in which he did and worked out perfectly!!! I couldn’t thank them enough and none of this would have came close to happening if Ridesmart auto was as flexible and reliable as they were. I arrived home and finalized everything with Henry in their finance department and my VW golf TDI which is even nicer than they described in my opinion was shipped to me and I’m now enjoying it more than ever!!! I highly recommend this team and dealership and consider them fronded for life at this point. Job well done guys ;-)
Went to Ciocca knowing we wanted a new Forester. Milton Obando saw that we got the Forester we wanted at the price we wanted to pay. They did not have the car in the color we wanted on the lot, but he reserved one from their incoming inventory. When it did come in he even sent me pictures. He also gave us a tour of the facility so we'd be familiar with the service dept, etc. Also thanks to Drew in the financial department as he customized an extended coverage package for us and Gigi who did the 2 week post purchase review. I would definitely recommend Ciocca and Milton.
This was our first time visiting a Ciocca dealership looking for a used Subaru Forester. We were greeted at the door and although it was an extremely busy Saturday afternoon, Kevin Acevedo immediately helped us. We felt comfortable with him and turned out buying a Subaru Crosstrek instead. Kevin turned us over to Ben Walsh in Finance and he did an equally great job. Overall terrific experience.

Purchased a 2016 high mileage vehicle, very happy with the fair price and quality of the vehicle they had for sale. Owner does a great job buying vehicles to sell as all of the vehicles on the lot looked in great shape and well taken care or. Pleasure working with Corey on the deal as the car was priced fairly and didn't have to haggle. Drove over an hour to their location and would drive it again to buy another vehicle.
