Found the perfect car on Cars.com and contacted Hubbard. I had a response very quickly. I did have a few questions and sent them to the man who had contacted me. However, after several hours with no response, I contacted salesman John Gustin directly and he immediately found the answers to every question. He has followed up with me after the sale and I am very satisfied with him. My only concern is that the dealership apparently doesn't clear the memory of their used vehicles, they let the new buyer do that. In this day and age, if you don't erase all the data you've input into a car, you're asking for big trouble. But some people may not think about it when they trade in their car. A new buyer could get your home address from the GPS, your phone and contacts from the phone memory, etc. etc. Dealers should make it a practice to wipe the memory of any car they take in before they offer it for sale.
From the very first contact, they were responsive and attentive to what we were looking for in a used truck. We scheduled a visit to the dealer to see the truck we’d pick out online and they had it sitting out in front of the store waiting for us to test drive. Spencer was polite and asked a few questions but we never felt any pressure to buy.
We bought the truck and as time went by there were two minor things that I had overlooked (nothing that affected the truck or its performance). Texted Spencer and he took care of them right away!

I was looking at one of the vehicles they had for sale. I didn't end up purchasing the vehicle, at no fault to them, but Spencer took the time to try to find me another. I was specific about what I was looking for and he stayed in contact with info on the vehicle. I would definitely refer them and use them to purchase a vehicle in future.

Our sales associate Kylee Thompson made our car buying experience fun and she made us feel like we knew her for along time. She was very friendly , answered all my questions and helped us with every aspect of our new car from buying, to setting up phone link and showing all the options it came with thoroughly ! We are repeat customers and this time around was way better and less stressful than the 1st time. Adriana Carlos also was wonderful and made us feel like family..he was very nice and easy to talk to and did everything for finance, to get us a great deal on our new car! We will come back again for sure!

Both the salesman and sales manager were great to work with. Before I scheduled an appointment, the salesman had cars ready for me to look at, even at different Rohrman lots! He asked the right questions and had cars lined up based on what I was looking for and in my price range.

We have purchased our last two vehicles from him and will be getting another one soon. What we liked the most was no pressure, only 1-2 hours to test drive 4 vehicles, make a decision and complete the paperwork. He doesn't waste your time by "talking" with a manager, he doesn't do the finance so no one to hassle with APR scam rates (he will recommend a credit union that gave us a great rate), no one to hassle about adding extra anything. Wonderful experience. We no longer hate buying a car and spending all day trying to escape from the high pressure dealer/dealership.
