Daniel from the service department was excellent. Very professional very informative and made me feel very safe that my car was going to be taken care of. So definitely I would like to thank the team of Lorenzo's service department. I highly recommend them.
2018 Ford Transit-250 review
Its the kind of commercial vehicle I was looking for and could not ask for something more reliable . I usually take to a ford dealership twice a year for maintenance and it has produced great mechanical results for my long distance rides. Hey guys, go for it!!!! would not regret it.

This cargo van met all my needs, plenty room in the cargo area, reliable driving, nice rear view in the driver and passenger mirrors and very big windshield.

Lorenzo Buick GMC review
I drove to Florida, started having some trouble, I was told by another (Dealership) that I needed a new battery after having the battery checked out. I made an appointment to go to Lorenzo‘s buy a fantastic customer service young lady by the name of Yolie handled me very well as she assisted me very good customer service once I get there I will submit by Christopher who took my car who had my car taken in the back they tested. The battery said I needed a charge. They charged it up now. The battery is reading good so I thank God for the people that was there. There wasn’t trying to just take my money. They actually helped thank you

2020 Ford Transit Connect review
Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.

Ford of Kendall review
Here's a polished, professional version of your review that keeps the warmth and honesty of what you wanted to say: I had an outstanding experience with Daniel M. From the moment I arrived, he was knowledgeable, straightforward, honest, caring, and genuinely helpful. I had a long-distance trip coming up, and it was my first time visiting this location for an oil change and a few other maintenance concerns. Daniel took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure my vehicle was ready for the road. What really stood out was how much he genuinely cared. He didn't just focus on the service my car needed—he also gave me helpful advice about my new vehicle, showed me how to use the app so I could remotely start my car, and pointed out features and things to watch for that I never would have known on my own. He went above and beyond to make sure I left feeling confident and informed. Customer service like this is incredibly rare. Whether it's retail, the food industry, or any other customer-facing job, I honestly can't remember the last time someone provided this level of professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. Daniel made me feel like more than just another customer. If he's not already in a leadership role, he absolutely deserves one. At the very least, he deserves recognition and a raise. Employees like Daniel are the reason customers return and recommend a business to others. Thank you, Daniel, for making what could have been a stressful experience such a positive one. You truly set the standard for exceptional customer service. We made it home from an our trip and our vehicle did amazing. Our family has been so happy Thank You again. And we will see you soon for more services. Nina

Ford of Kendall review
After shopping around and looking at over a dozen trucks across South Florida, I finally found the perfect truck at Ford of Kendall. They gave me an absolute steal of a deal on my used 2024 F-250 Lariat—a price and value that no other dealership in the area could match. The trade-in offer on my Toyota 4Runner came in a bit lower than what other lots offered, but given that I was trading a Toyota into a Ford store, it made sense. The price was still fair, and the incredible savings on the F-250 helped make up for the difference. Huge shoutout to my sales rep, Harold Castillo. Harold truly fought to get me the best possible deal and genuinely cares about his customers. The Used Car Sales Manager, Roberto Hernandez, was also extremely attentive and went out of his way to make sure I was completely satisfied. To cap it off, John Sanchez made the finance process entirely seamless and smooth. This is my 6th vehicle purchase in the last decade, and it was easily the best experience I’ve had from start to finish. Highly recommend asking for Harold and Roberto!

2023 Ford E-Transit review
Excellent commercial van. This version only has the 120 mile distance range, but I never drive over 100 miles daily on my routes and it recharges easily overnight. Freaking fast van to be so heavy compared to my gas versions.

We purchased a 2025 Expedition Max Platinum from Impex, great people, great service, fast and easy. We worked with Kelvin who was very nice and very knowledgeable.
2022 Ford E-Transit review
Van is roomey and reliable. But doors do not fit well and the vehicle didn't come with a jack. It does have a spare tire but no jack
