Mercedes-Benz of Chantilly review
I had an excellent experience with this dealership from start to finish. After reaching out about a vehicle I was interested in, I received a response within 15–30 minutes. I quickly connected with a sales advisor and was able to schedule a convenient time to come in. The entire process was incredibly efficient—I completed my purchase within 45 minutes of arriving at the dealership. The sales advisor was phenomenal, ensuring all necessary paperwork was prepared in advance, which made everything seamless. The car was cleaned, ready, and waiting for us to test drive upon arrival. I truly appreciate the level of organization and customer service provided. I highly recommend this dealership and will definitely return for future purchases.

Erick Carlson was a true professional! He knew exactly what our concerns were, and gave us honest advice, never trying to give us a sales pitch. Some of the 2027 450 GLE dashboard and systems are new this year and need some time to become familiar with everything. I know Eric will be there if I need help. Thank you for a great experience in purchasing my dream car!

Sales rep Wayne Brett is great and the new Honda Accord is terrific. But the high-pressure closing meeting to try to sell various protection plans took way too long.

Best dealerships experience i have ever had. Was treated like family the entire time and walked out with a brand new Rav4 that I wasn't even planning on buying when I entered the place. Amr and Kavi were true gentlemen and great to work with. Won't go to another dealership while this place is still open.
