Robert Brogden's Olathe Buick GMCReviews
Robert Brogden's Olathe Buick GMC review
I recently bought a beautiful GMC Yukon Denali Ultimate from Robert Brogden GMC, and I have to say the entire experience was outstanding thanks to two incredible people: Jimmy and Paul. Jimmy, my salesman, was fantastic from start to finish. He was patient, knowledgeable, and never once pressured me. He took the time to walk me through all the features of the Yukon Denali Ultimate, answered every question I had (and I had a lot!), and made sure I felt completely confident in my decision. He truly listened to what I wanted and helped me get exactly the vehicle I was looking for. Then came Paul in finance ? what a pro! He made the financing process smooth, transparent, and actually enjoyable (which I didn?t think was possible). He explained everything clearly, got me a great rate, and handled all the paperwork without any surprises or hidden fees. His calm, professional approach took all the stress out of the money side of things. Together, Jimmy and Paul turned what is usually a long, stressful car-buying day into a genuinely positive experience. If you?re in the market for a new GMC, especially a loaded Yukon Denali Ultimate, do yourself a favor and ask for Jimmy and make sure Paul handles your financing. I couldn?t be happier with my new Yukon and with the service I received at Robert Brogden GMC. Highly recommend!

Not the dealerships fault just I wanted to buy one for myself without the wife’s consent she was not willing .

Oakes GMC review
I've dealt with better. Not completely negative of an experience. Not the best either. Their service dept seems to be slacking. How do you put a car on a lot for sale with a check engine light on? I can see when it was last cleared. Not very long before I bought it. Salesman trying to tell me the engine isn't getting up to temp because it's cold outside. No. It's a bad thermostat. Headlight wasn't plugged in. And WAAAAY out of alignment. Their cars are supposedly looked over with a xx point safety check. I doubt that. Looked over, cleared codes, topped up fluids. Put an oil change sticker on the window. But did they really? It looks clean so I assume so. The detailers did a FANTASTIC job!! This car was super clean!!

Everything was great as expected, repairing another tire My beef has nothing to do with the dealer it is that if you buy an $80,000 truck they shouldn?t put crappy tires on them. This is two blowouts and 11,000 miles. They should be ashamed on top of that they should be ashamed for charging $130 for an owners manual
