The first time in went to website I was immediately greeted. The loan application was simple and fast. The customer service team were friendly. Michael Galer was one of the friendliest sales people I've ever encountered. I would recommend these folks to anyone I know.
I spent 15 years in the car business so, knowing what I know about the process, it makes it very unpleasant for me to buy a car. Grimard's treated me with respect, I never worried for a moment weather or not I was being scammed. They took real good care of me after the sale too. I just took my daughter there for her first car, and she couldn't be happier.
Our salesman (Alex) was excellent, made the process enjoyable. He was patient, knowledgeable, and pleasant throughout the whole sale. Looked at multiple vehicles and options and ended with what we wanted at a fair price.
We were treated courteously and professionally. Our sales agent, Mark, worked tirelessly to make the sales win/win for everyone. The facilities are very clean, including the entrance to the service bay. After we bought the Traverse we brought our GMC Acadia in for service and received prompt service.
I believe the service was excellent very fast very courteous Also very friendly they knew exactly what I needed they took care of it in the waiting room and that place is on believable and I also like the idea of having that little deli restaurant inside it was great to have a breakfast
The best place I’ve ever been for a vehicle the only thing I can say without writing a whole paragraph is if u want the most help and best service with people who won’t set u up to fail and invite u in like you have known each other for years come herand ask for Shawn Welch he was above and beyond amazing

Review of Tulley Buick GMC and our leasing experie

We had a great experience at Tully GMC. Our Salesman Kelvin Rodriguez was very personable and as we told him, he was the only car salesperson from any dealership who actually knew the vehicle when we asked questions. He told us he had only been working at Tulley less than 2 months which impressed us with all the knowledge he had on the Acadia. He certainly is a salesperson who goes above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied with your experience. Overall it was our 4th leasing experience but our lst with GMC and it was the easiest dealership by far to work with. We never waited very long any time whether it was with Kelvin or the Sales Manager Mark Pike and even the Business Manager Anthony Lake. This leasing experience the quickest and easiest we have ever had. We have recommended Tully Buick GMC to our friends and am sure they will also have a great experience with the professional staff.
Wonderful salesperson, Dan, made buying our used car a stress free experience. He was pleasant, friendly, and knew his business inside and out. The communication was excellent and we felt secure and confident throughout the entire procedure. He was informative, but not pushy. We will definitely head back there for our next car!
I purchased a used 2016 corvette from Banks with 2k miles. Banks said they would stand behind the car if any issues arose - turned out there was an issue and they went out of the way to take care of it. They kept their word - highly recommended.
This service center is comparable to a high end 5 star hotel.....everyone is polite, professional and extremely accommodating....I actually look forward to receiving service for m y vehicle...waiting area is extremely comfortable....hats off to the management of Banks Chevrolet.....no one does it better!!!!!!
I had been to a couple dealerships prior to here to test drive different SUV???s to see what I wanted which also meant I had to deal with many different salesman at each place. Gary was friendly and honest (which is what won me over). The other dealerships tried to take advantage of me with their sales pitch games and creative gimmicks to make you feel that I can???t get that deal anywhere else so you buy from them but I am huge on costumer service and that???s what sealed the deal to buy from Gary! He did an awesome job getting us a great deal. We will definitely be back as well as recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle. Thanks again Gary!!! I love my new ride!
