This was a great experience from start to finish. I am a lifelong Chevrolet family member with a father who worked for GM for 37 years. That said, I hate dealerships and try to avoid them at all costs. Not the least of which is the money outlay. Pendarvis was wonderful. The customer service was superb from the initial phone call up to and throughout the actual checkout after service. I only had new fobs programmed for a used GMC Canyon I had bought recently, but it was a good start for considering Pendarvis in the future for other services. GREAT little waiting room as well. My ONLY issue was that while my vehicle was waiting outside on the drive to be brought in, the keys were left in the ignition with the vehicle unlocked and the windows rolled down. Now granted Pendarvis is rather rural, but if someone had just walked through and hopped in my vehicle, off they could have driven with it! Otherwise just a great bunch of people...on a Saturday no less!
Service overall was fine. Came in on a Saturday, which is first come first serve, for an oil change and rotation. Was out within two hours of arriving. Only real problem i had was someone was burning either incense or a strong cheap candle that triggered my allergies as soon as I walked into the waiting area. Had to walk around the entire lot several time while waiting just to avoid the candle or whatever it was. When it came to check out, i was not asked to come to the cashier over the PA. Didn't know i was ready until the service person told me I was. Walked up to the cashier who was so enthralled with her phone that there were 4 tickets on the counter and when i tapped on the glass after standing there for a few minutes she jumped and finally realized she was at work and should be taking care of customers.
Was able to get scheduled when it was a convenient time for me when I arrived they already had me listed on the service screen when I pulled in work was done in a timely manner very satisfied with the service department
As soon as Mark learned I needed a new vehicle, he started looking for vehicles with the options I wanted. He consistently had my best interest at heart and worked diligently to get me into a new car. When I arrived Friday, the only thing I had left to do was sign. Mark had everything ready to go. When it came to Bill, he was very diligent about showing me all of the features the Encore that I wasn???t aware of. I will certainly be recommending them to everyone I know.
Thanks to Charles for going the extra mile (1 1/2hrs on the phone with our extended warranty service)...and for making sure everything was fixed in a timely manner. Also, Eric, our mechanic, for coming outside to address and fix an issue. Y'all are the best!! Our 2nd time getting repairs here. We would definitely use again and recommend. This coming from a highly qualified mechanic husband who can't work on our vehicles anymore! Also, appreciate the military discount!!!
I walked into the dealership looking for a Verano. Turns out, GM doesn't make those any more. Well I spoke with Andrew, who asked me what I was looking for and showed me what was on the lot. He didn't waste my time showing me vehicles I wasn't interested in or try to convince me to buy new. The process was easy and felt very relaxed. The only sales angle I recognized was the policy of letting you test drive overnight. But hey, at least you can take the vehicle around for a bit and actually get a feel without the salesman breathing down your neck. 4 out 5 because nothing is perfect, but Master Buick does it pretty close. Even showing up last minute to initiailize and finalize a purchase, with two kids under 6, didn't change the staff's mood.
Master Buick GMC has always treated me great. I???ve purchased 2 trucks from them & will buy more in the future! Anytime there???s an issue with my truck I???m always confident it???ll be taken care of.
Friendly, good service!! Parts if needed available. Location on Washington Road is very convenient for customers. Employees very helpful with upcoming problems. Gave me prices on tires that I will need to get soon.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
