Having more trouble with the car than expected. I feel that I paid too much for the car to realize the problems I have experienced with ownership. Every time, I get my car serviced, technicians inflate my tires to 32psi. My car requires 35psi according to the label in the door. I have expressed this issue twice to maintenance, but unless I remind them they fill the car to 32psi. Nothing personal to the dealership or it's personnel, but I am really dissatisfied with the vehicle and the customer service I have received. My mother always said, "if you can't say something nice, don't say anything". This advice has not been working for me concerning this vehicle and the dealership. Usually, I do not respond or give excellent marks on these surveys, but my experience with this vehicle and dealership is absolutely frustrating. I have been a faithful GM customer for my last 5 new vehicle purchases. I am afraid, I will start considering foreign cars in future vehicle purchase decisions and would get rid of the XTS tomorrow if I could without further loss.

Bought a 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 . All pictures match the truck on the lot. Looked like all of their vehicles were of better than average quality. My truck has been great and I would highly recommend this dealership. Friendly, down to earth, no pressure. Pricing is competitive and fair.
