I recently bought a beautiful GMC Yukon Denali Ultimate from Robert Brogden GMC, and I have to say the entire experience was outstanding thanks to two incredible people: Jimmy and Paul. He took the time to walk me through all the features of the Yukon Denali Ultimate, answered every question I had (and I had a lot!), and made sure I felt completely confident in my decision. He truly listened to what I wanted and helped me get exactly the vehicle I was looking for. Then came Paul in finance ? what a pro! He made the financing process smooth, transparent, and actually enjoyable (which I didn?t think was possible). He explained everything clearly, got me a great rate, and handled all the paperwork without any surprises or hidden fees. His calm, professional approach took all the stress out of the money side of things. I've dealt with better. Not completely negative of an experience. Not the best either. Their service dept seems to be slacking. How do you put a car on a lot for sale with a check engine light on? I can see when it was last cleared. Not very long before I bought it. Salesman trying to tell me the engine isn't getting up to temp because it's cold outside. No. It's a bad thermostat. Headlight wasn't plugged in. And WAAAAY out of alignment. Their cars are supposedly looked over with a xx point safety check. I doubt that. Looked over, cleared codes, topped up fluids. Put an oil change sticker on the window. But did they really? It looks clean so I assume so. The detailers did a FANTASTIC job!! This car was super clean!!

I had major work done on my car and I couldn?t be happier with the turnout. I had my transmission replaced along with a couple other issues on my 2017 vehicle. It took a while for the entire thing to get completed, but I was given status updates throughout the process. I picked up my vehicle late last night (5:45 pm). I was surprised the service manager was still there and he took the time to go over everything that had been done to my vehicle. The total price was slightly lower than what I was I was told it would be at the start. I was very happy and wasn?t expecting that. My car is driving great today and so far I?m extremely happy with the result from my service experience. I?m very appreciative of the help I was given and the customer service I received.
