I drove back to the dealer, they pulled the car inside and said that they'd have to order it but "no charge". I came back a week later and they installed it for free. 2022 Ford Escape SE PEHV with 45K miles was very clean. Salesperson Garry was very helpful. The Finance team was very helpful in obtaining the loan and waiting for the down payment check to clear (waiting on the insurance company).
