I live in Indianapolis and found a 1979 Camaro online at this location. The salesman John Graham did an incredible job giving me the additional information I requested. Never pressuring and communicating well via e-mail, text and phone calls at my request. When I decided to purchase, Randy in financing finished the deal with ease with an even cheaper price than I agreed on. WOW! They picked me up at the airport curb and after a 26 mile ride to the dealership I was soon on the road with my new ride. I had alot of questions about my new All Terrain Truck. When she didn't know the answer- she was honest. Worst costumer support

This is a nice truck except for a few problems 1. The paint is cheap and scratches fairly easily for the price of the truck. 2. No rear heat or a/c in crew cab 3. The worst costumer service ever. (Let me explain) I took my truck to two different dealerships for the same problem multiple times for the drivers assist warning. They replaced the sensors under the seat at least twice and now saying they need to be replaced again @ $658. I keep asking why the problem is always intermittent with no answer. I suggested they check for a short, but was looked at like I was stupid I am over my warranty by a little over 600 miles and GM says they won't help me. You be the judges
Great staff. Made the whole process very fast and easy. Walked out with a new truck within a few hours! Definitely will recommend to friends and family.

I bought the diesel brand new. I could smell antifreeze in the front after a week.
The dealership could not find a problem. After 32000 miles I had a low coolant alarm. After 4 days and some help from the internet the dealer found the leak at the bottom of the radiator.
GM was generous enough to pay about $300 of a $750 bill for a problem that was there from the start. They gave me the illusion they cared and was going to give me more assistance. Nope!
GM vehicles have a problem with the radiators and the connections. I have read many strings at the truck forums regarding coolant issues. The radiator has no cap which causes it to be very hard to "burp" the system when one needs to change out a poorly engineered radiator. The last GM vehicle for me.
My wife and I really appreciated the easy and honest approach of Josh and the team. Josh worked with us... we looked at several vehicles there... and was very helpful and flexible once we decided on our 2007 Nissan Frontier NISMO. Thanks so much to Josh and the team at American Auto Mart! The only reason we gave Matt 4 stars is that Josh and Mike were the ones who we worked with the most... so wanted to give them extra props.

We use our GMC Denali 2500 mostly for towing our 7,500 pound travel trailer. A big factor in high ratings is the diesel. With the tow/haul mode engaged, the mountains of north Georgia and the Smokies were no problem. Especially liked the exhaust brake on the long, steep downhills; it kept the rig totally safe under all braking conditions. We tow at 60 and get about 14 mpg with no headwind. If you tow campers or fifth wheelers, you know how good this is. We don't have the navigation screen, so the rear view camera appears on part of the rear view mirror. The image is small for hitching up; still need a spotter. The 2014 may not be as quiet as the upgraded 2015's, but noise is never an issue, and the Bose system sounds terrific. Just be really careful parking a crew cab with standard bed at Walmart......
This is the second vehicle I have purchased from wood house in the last year and both times it was a great experience thanks Tim Fancher(Jeep side) for recommending Seth on the GMC side would recommend either of these sales men for your vehicle needs

Strong work pickup , comfortable travelling pickup. It covered all of our needs. Towing livestock to long drives on vacation, It is a great truck!
The employees are very knowledgeable, knew exactly how to take care of my vehicle. Everyone is so happy and generous. It's was a great experience.

I have the very last extended cab 2500HD 4x4 Sierra from the Fort Wayne factory before it closed. I loved it new and love it now. No issues out of the 6.0 Vortec engine or 6 speed. Will not replace it with the newer model. Fuel economy predictably poor @ 15/17, approach angle poor for off road.
Michele (sp) was great to find an appointment that worked for me and Austin was a true professional in the Service Department! This was truly a great experience.

Very comfortable truck that gives everyone plenty of room. It rides very well. This truck demonstrated its reliability very capably while we were at dog show in Virginia. The grounds were saturated already by hurricane Florence and another storm system dumped more rain for an additional three days. It turned the fields into a slick liquid mud that left everyone around us stuck. Our truck’s 4 wheel drive system made quick work of the situation and we were mobile and able to get out. I did spend the next day with a power washer dislodging the mud caked on the underside but we did not get stuck.
My son and I went shopping at Woodhouse in Blair, in December, looking for a new vehicle. We were greeted by John Graham, who made us feel comfortable and guided us through the available vehicles they had. I would say this was my best car shopping experience ever! John was very patient and knowledgeable and he listened very closely to what we were looking for and answered all of our questions. We ended up purchasing a 2018 Jeep Cherokee and couldn't be any happier! John delivered an incredible service and made this a very pleasant experience! You can be sure that if I have any friends looking to buy a new vehicle in the future, I'll be sending them to Woodhouse and telling them to ask for John! Thanks again! This truck met my expectations. Ample room in front seats and rear. Plenty of room for family of five. The tonneau cover was great to haul luggage and other items while keeping them dry. Locking tailgate added security.
The whole process was very smooth. I was interested, I contacted and they were prompt to respond. They were laid back and not pushy like most dealerships are. They went above and beyond to make sure I knew everything about the vehicle. I bought a used vehicle and there was a pull noticed and they made sure it was fixed before I purchased the vehicle. The whole experience was great!

I might be biased because this is my dream truck but it's the coolest thing ever! I own a 2016 GMC Sierra SLE 2500hd and it is the bee's knee's for towing! It coming all set up for towing and it rides so smoothly! This truck effortlessly tows around my 2 - horse trailer with my two Irish Draughts in it, one of them being 17+ hands! All in all I LOVE this Truck! Thank you JJ Suk from Keller Bros for selling me this dream!
Overall I was happy with the experience I had and the truck I purchased. They do not offer a free warranty upon purchase so ask about warranty as they offer a 3rd party warranty that you have to pay for.

Every one of your staff was friendly,willing to help us find the truck Danny wanted. He needed it to drive back and forth to his terminal in eastern Iowa. Gavin was great not pushy or trying to rush us into making up our minds. Chris was great helping us with the paper work. Will ask for them next time we need a vehicle.
