It was so easy to talk with them and no pressure on me so I traded a truck I had and never liked for this one I love. Just what I was looking for and didn't know it. Payments are reasonable . That is a plus since I am on fixed income. Drove it home a few hrs later after seeing it. Still finding buttons and things on it I don't know what they are. One Happy Grannie!!!!! Today I purchased my 2nd Ram 1500 from Brandon Issacs. The first was a 2020 Limited and today a 2022 Longhorn. Brandon is one of the hardest working automotive Salespersons that I have ever met which is why I keep coming back. Brandon figures out what is important to you and he does his best to outperform your expectations, and mine are pretty high. He does not waste my time at all. I went to another store with the same truck and after wasting time trying to put a deal together, and it was a pretty good deal, I left because the sales manager got involved and was pushy and unprofessional. So back I came to Northpoint CDJR and left 45 minutes later in another new truck! Thanks Brandon! The service department is also first class. I have dealt with Jessica several times and she does exactly what she says and gets it done when she promises it to be done. Great job Northpoint!!!
