Ben was fantastic — easily one of the best salesmen I’ve ever worked with. He was easygoing, honest, and never pushed us at all. I told him upfront that I’m not the type to spend all day at the dealership haggling, and he completely respected that. We handled most of the details through quick text messages, and when I finally came in, I was in and out in less than an hour. It was honestly refreshing. The trade-in process for my truck was incredibly easy too. They appraised it over the phone and internet and gave me exactly what I wanted — no surprises, no lowballing. Jake, my rep, was really the workhorse though. Jake took notes of everything I said I wanted, but then took it several steps further and brought up features I didn’t even know I needed! I thought Tesla held the title for longest range, until he introduced me to Lucid, which I test drove the 2023 Lucid Air… incredible. I needed some “hand holding” to figure out what I wanted, but Jake did that for me and I’m grateful.
