The van we looked at was missing some components and the CD player didn’t appear to work. No negotiation, just if you like it great, if not keep looking.
Sales folks are straight forward-no one is making a new best friend but they are courteous.
I normally dread searching for a car and then dealing with car salesman because they can be so pushy and end up either selling you a car you don't want or making you leave with annoyance. At Dave Morton the experience was the total opposite. Down to earth people who care about your needs and what you want. Easy going to the point where you feel like your just hanging out. Julio was the one who helped me, worked with the payments so it could be where I could afford it and I can't thank him enough for making it an easy process.
My car blew a rod approximately a week ago, so I needed a new car ASAP. I spent 5-6 hours perusing various car lots to no avail. I was exhausted, to say the least. Finally decided to drive to Deep Park because of their tremendous selection of cars. Met Marcus and I could tell right away that he wasn't interested in selling me something that I just "kindof" liked-to make a deal and a quick buck. He was very patient, letting me test drive a couple of cars, even one car numerous times. I decided on a Mazda, purchased it and drove home. When I got home, I quickly realized that I made the wrong decision, and I wanted another car I was looking at on the lot- a Volkswagen Eos. Marcus and his team allowed me to return the Mazda and trade it for the Volkswagen- no problem!!! If you are looking for a dealership that's only goal is to make the customer truly happy, you found it!
Quentin!! You surpassed my expectations in every measure possible as a sales person!! You are great at what you do!! You took the time to get to know me and you accommodated me based on my needs and past car buying experience! Quentin is one the best sales people I've ever worked with! He is very knowledgeable, patient, attentive and most of all personable! If you're looking to buy, he's your guy!! Oh, and this is my THIRD new car purchase from these guys!!!
Shea was really helpful to not just myself, but a friend of mine as well. I came to the dealership wanting to know what I needed to trade my car for a new one and he made me felt like my opinion matters and was very engaging and knowledgeable.
When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by Jason Tate who was just finishing up with another customer. He was good and he was thorough. He was also probably juggling 3,4 customer at a time so there were some lulls and waits. Overall decent experience.
I did get the car I wanted but there was little budging on the price. Paid around $700-$1000 above the NADA suggested retail for the vehicle in excellent shape.
Also beware, their doc fee is $599. Around $200-$300 more than some of the other dealers I went to see. And there is no budging on that either. They were adament about that as well.
It appeared they had a very good inventory of vehicles and a wide variety of them too.
Al did a good job and was not pushy. I would deal with him again. He was honest and when we pointed out a few items about the car that needed fixed he was not quick to hide them like other dealers we were out.
Good experience with my used car purchase. The staff at Stewart's were very accommodating. I was from out of town and they were more than happy to work with my schedule to test drive as well as the final purchase. Great deal on used cars! Wouldn't hesitate to shop there again.
Great Sales & Service - very professional response

Let me begin with an apology for the length of these comments. Please know that each word was earned, not coerced! I usually don’t complete consumer surveys as they seem to be presumptuous, reactionary and boring. What changed my mind on this occasion? A dealership that stands behind the words they speak!
We had searched the internet for hours to find a simple, smaller 2WD pickup without all the bells and whistles, yet one with low mileage that would operate effectively for years to come. The list of available vehicles was not long in our neck of the woods but one was found at Arrottas AutoMax.
Traveling to North Spokane from Post Falls, Id was not ideal but we called and set up an appointment the next day. Meeting Joe was delightful and he interspersed answers to ALL my questions with candid responses and humor. He didn’t hesitate to provide vehicle history information and even introduced us to Tyler the owner. Both my wife and I felt comfortable and well taken care of. There were comments made that they would “take care of us” as customers throughout the process. I heard the words but had been there before.
The pickup itself had some dings - not a problem for a work vehicle from my perspective and not normally seen on a car lot – but perhaps it might work toward a lower price. They didn’t insist on participating on the test drive but showed trust, I liked it. I am not a mechanic so asked if my mechanic would be able to provide an inspection. Again receptive to our needs, an agreement was made. A lower price was offered and agreed upon should my mechanic give a thumbs up. No haggling back and forth. I liked that a lot.
My mechanic found some needed repairs that are not normally noticed on a cursory inspection. I was not thrilled to call Joe with the news. Documentation was provided and a call received from the service folks that they wanted to check things out themselves. Our thinking was that the pickup would be taken back to Arrottas and our search would continue. The repairs were not simple or inexpensive. Their response was extraordinary.
Not only did they validate the problems noted, but we were extremely impressed that they felt it was important that they repair them. Could it be that they really did want to “Take care of us”? They further showed their character when informing us that they would cover the costs. Did I mention that I was impressed? A car dealership that makes claims that they stand behind is rare these days. We thank God for the blessings we received at Arrottas AutoMax and would not be hesitant to encourage others to visit them for a wonderful vehicle buying experience.

I am proud to say that i can update a prior review of an oil leak on a remanufactured engine that the service department installed. After a conversation with General Manager and his review of my oil leak it has been repaired. I wish that i had not had to go as high up the ladder as i did, but the outcome was good.
