Found the perfect car on Cars.com and contacted Hubbard. I had a response very quickly. I did have a few questions and sent them to the man who had contacted me. However, after several hours with no response, I contacted salesman John Gustin directly and he immediately found the answers to every question. He has followed up with me after the sale and I am very satisfied with him. My only concern is that the dealership apparently doesn't clear the memory of their used vehicles, they let the new buyer do that. A new buyer could get your home address from the GPS, your phone and contacts from the phone memory, etc. etc. Dealers should make it a practice to wipe the memory of any car they take in before they offer it for sale.

I had been in to check them out prior, then when I saw a vehicle added that I was very interested in, I called the salesman (Jay) and he said he'd have it ready for me. Solid test drive but the dealership didn't offer me what I wanted for my trade-in. After I pointed out the condition of the vehicle and recent work that had been done on it, they came back with a much better offer and the deal was done. It was a pretty quick and painless process and I would recommend checking out this dealership.
