We Had been searching for the right Kia Soul (manual) for a few months. I bought a truck from tavern motors about five years ago. They provided a wonderful vehicle. Offered repairs on drive training for a free months and totally stuff by their word when I did have a little something come up in the timeframe. It was such a great experience I decided to use them as my mechanic. They are awesome. When I needed a second vehicle a free years later I went to tavern motors again. Another great buying experience. Now this year my 20yr old daughter was ready for her first vehicle. I was very comfortable sending her there for not only her purchase but for repairs when needed. I know they will treat her with respect and I'm happy to recommend them to everyone.

I bought a used ’13 F150 here in December. I drove a couple hundred miles to get this truck because it was priced well and was exactly what I was looking for After getting home and having it a few days I noticed a coolant leak (water pump) and a 4wd issue (IWE’s) both common issues. I don’t fault the dealer for not catching these issues, because in the end they stood behind their truck. After speaking with the service manager, he offered to fix the issues and gave me a new truck to drive in the meantime. They were even willing to pay for a Ford dealer closer to me to fix the problems instead of having to drive the 200 miles back to them. Absolutely A Customer service on their part. They could have easily left me to fix these issues on my own, since I did buy the truck ‘As Is’ and they had no obligation technically to fix anything. A used vehicle is always going to be a greater risk than a brand new truck but at least I know that if anything does go wrong with a truck this dealer sells, they’ll do what it takes to make things right.

As a 60 year old man I've purchased several vehicles in my lifetime. Everything from private parties to big dealerships and everything in between. The owner and staff at Valder's were a pleasure to deal with. Honest up front pricing and great vehicles to choose from. The staff always greeted me with a smile and patiently answered any questions or concerns I had. I got a great vehicle at a fair price. I have advised my son who is looking for a truck to call them first and avoid the month long disappointment of going from lot to lot only to have the vehicles be a mess and the sales people only looking to take as much money from me as they could. I was in the market for a new GMC pickup and this dealer had one that I was interested in when I visited them. I worked with Joe and he gave me as good a deal as I could get at other dealerships but I liked how friendly everyone was at this dealership and I did not feel pressured to make a purchase.

We contacted salesperson Marvin about a Crosstrek we wanted and asked whether he could compete with several other dealers we got quotes from.We told him that we preferred his dealership because it was much closer to our home than the others. He said that he wanted to make it happen, and he did splendidly. He was very pleasant to work with, very attentive, and willing and able to do what he could to get us his best deal. He got us a car that we are now very happy with, and he followed through by taking very good care of us at the showroom. The finance person Tiffany was also exceptional. She carefully explained everything, including options, and also followed through by expediting the paperwork for us. It was a happy and rewarding experience.
