This was my second year in a row doing business with AutoNationUSA-Katy, and it turned out to be even better than the first year. Our salesperson, Jeremiah Ragona, was personable, extremely knowledgeable, and (according to my grandson) even fun to spend time with. The car I ultimately picked to purchase was a bit of an unexpected choice, but one that my wife was quite happy with. Excellent riding quiet car with double DVD screens for the kiddo's. Plenty of power to pass and the safety features like adaptive cruise yield a well rounded vehicle.

Great MPG 21 on hwy, great people comfort, controls easy to understand, has a touch screen, comfortable and quiet riding with little wind noise.. GMC had some transmission problems which they repaired but wife didn’t trust it .. traded it for a 2020 Lexus LS570.. bad MISTAKE

Our 2016 Yukon Denali has been everything we wanted in a car. It’s comfortable and the kids love it. The DVD player is a major bonus. And the dvd screen is very clear. Only thing Ive notice with these GM vehicles is the air filtration is terrible. We smell every older rig on the road. Beside that we are very happy with our purchase. The black with the led lights looks very sharp.

The experience with Leanna Tabora was great. She helped me from my initial request on the vehicle and walked me through the trade in perfectly. Given that I was in San Diego, I was not sure how the trade would work out but everyone and dealer followed through with their commitment. Oscar with Finance was great got me in out within about 20 minutes. The entire transaction took about an hour and a half from when I arrived with my trade in vehicle.

Quick communication. They were able to get me the information I asked for and worked with me to secure the vehicle I wanted. At the dealership, it was quick and the staff was very friendly.

The sales staff, Steve, quickly was able to bring the entire sale together in a short time, and make an adjustment on the gasoline door of the car for me. Steve, my salesperson also recommended several places where I could get additional preferred adjustments to cater to my needs, to my used car, also with good deals. I also had to go back to get my tire bolts loosened later, and the staff accommodated me immediately and with a friendly candor. I had a great experience with CarTime.
