I’ve had the vehicle for a short while. Thus far it’s smooth sailing except for the Driver’s side seat warmer.
We’ll see how much of pain in the patootskie it is to get it rectified but overall I’m happy with the vehicle.
I’ve received a lot of compliments on it and am proud of the image it portrays for my General Contracting company.
Since 2005... this particular dealership has had our family business for new vehicle needs... and they've never given less than 100% throughout the research, buying, and after sale process... Bending over backwards for their customers' needs seems to be a deeply rooted business model at their Carbondale dealership. We expect 100% from a new car dealership, and thankfully, Auffenburg of Carbondale continually goes far above our expectations....

My 2017 GMC Sierra SLT is the best truck I ever owned. The headlights are very bright making it easier to see at night with the automatic highbeams. The Bose radio has excellent sound. I average 20 miles to a gallon in the city. The seats are very comfortable and the back seat in the crew cab has plenty of room for adults. The interior is very quite. The parking sensors and lane guidance system work very well. Yes, I love this truck.
The salesman was very nice and accommodating. We were, however, his first out-of-state buyers and he was not familiar with the legalities and necessary paperwork needed to title our new vehicle in our home state. Unfortunately, we weren’t either. We all are very knowledgeable now about the process. It did take almost two weeks to get the paperwork from the dealership though. It would have been nice to have known the evening we bought the Terrain that the certificate of origin would be delayed that long. But our salesman kept in contact with us while we waited.

Very comfortable truck that gives everyone plenty of room. It rides very well. This truck demonstrated its reliability very capably while we were at dog show in Virginia. The grounds were saturated already by hurricane Florence and another storm system dumped more rain for an additional three days. It turned the fields into a slick liquid mud that left everyone around us stuck. Our truck’s 4 wheel drive system made quick work of the situation and we were mobile and able to get out. I did spend the next day with a power washer dislodging the mud caked on the underside but we did not get stuck.
Michelle Bean was very courteous and professional. I explained what I wanted and we quickly came to an agreement that beat two other quotes I had. I put down payment on new Toyota Highlander Platinum and now am just waiting for it to be built.

This is by far the best car I’ve owned. Comfortable. Roomy. And with its eco option is great on gas. Love everything about it and it runs smooth

The room ans comfort of this truck has no equal. Power and pulling power plus all the tech is by far the best i have had.
I quite enjoyed my time at the dealership, the dealership was very nice and clean. Mr. Rambeau was a very kind and knowledgeable man, the service he provided was second to none! I would most definitely buy another car from him! Marion Toyota is a top notch dealership!

I am not sure I believe it can be a good truck need under body done bad due to rust from salt on both side and the interior need to be done upper ceiling on passenger side and need new tires bald no tread on either side of the tires need money in the truck to fix up.
Love my Hybrid Toyota Camry! The salesperson Emily was so helping in helping me choose the car just right for me.. Toyota is definitely the best!

I got a lemon. Roof leaking, received damaged spare tire/equipment, transmission is slipping, heated seats failed already, the dealerships/service are awful. I will never buy another GMC ever. Not to mention, second model from top Denali... no heat to the backseat!!!
I have owned 7 Toyota products and this purchase from Jerry Rambeau at Marion Toyota was one of the most pleasurable experiences I have had with any salesman .

Overall I really like it and enjoy it but the little things annoy me terribly. Re: cracks in dash and rear door window motors and a/c relay, when they know something is bad and put it in anyway. I think of the challenger space craft??
My husband and I were in the Market for a Malibu. Went up on a Thursday, test drove it, did paperwork and had it all finalized Friday evening. Quick friendly service. "no one has time time mess around" this dealership definitely does not mess around. They get you what you want and make it happen.

I own the 6.2L 1500 Sierra and I love it. Although I only get 12.7mpg, the power makes up for it. I feel as though I could do anything necessary, and if the apocalypse came, it would keep me alive easily! It looks great inside and out, and I don't have to worry about any engine issues.
Tom Madden was great
He had the car pulled to the front ready for us to drive.
He made sure we was comfortable at all times

I like the look. Was looking at an AWD model. 20-30mpg going from a 12mpg truck. I recommend the leather interior quality seemed better than cloth for sure
We appreciate the time and effort the staff put in to getting us into a new car. This is the second car we have bought here and it won't be the last because we actually feel like they respect us.

I have only owned my 2016 GMC Terrain Denali v6 for two weeks now but I absolutely love it! It has a comfortable ride and plenty of room for 4 adults. It can hold 5 people, but to get three in the back I'd think they would have to be slimmer adults, or kids, to sit comfortably. The middle console is really deep, up to your elbow deep. I'm tall and with the seat back you have to reach for the door controls. I'm constantly letting down the back window by mistake when I'm trying to let down the driver side window. The remote start and heated seats are wonderful on cold days! There is a slight vibration when turning the wheel from park. I took it to a dealership where they told me this is a known issue with the V6 Terrain (the 4 cylinder doesn't have this issue apparently). Other than that, so far so good! It has back up camera, blind spot monitoring, lane departure warning, collision warning with brake assist and other safety features. My other vehicle is almost 15 years old so it's taking me a while to get used to all this new technology!
The service department is very helpful and knowledge when repairing the car. They kept me informed on the process.
wait time was moderate. Over all a good experience.

I originally had a 2015 terrain which was AWD and loved it. After leasing my current 2017 Terrain - which is FWD -I feel the car is tailored for a man. The finger holds on the steering wheel, for example, are sized for a man - my hand just doesn’t grip properly. My next vehicle I would like to find something that rides a little less like a “truck” and the Bluetooth has never worked properly which was used by Gavin as a selling point.
We would like to give a shout out to the salesman Brian at Marion Chevrolet Buick car dealership for his courteous and professionalism with assisting us in finding the perfect car. He went over and beyond to show us the features and how they operate. This was a huge plus. He helped us in making the best choice for us. Thank you.

Great truck and a stylish daily driver! Purchased it new and currently have 14,000 miles on it. Use to be a Ford truck guy but I’m not disappointed with the switch. Only two issues with it since new. The outside ambient temperature sensor was not giving correct temperature. Also, the wireless charging pad on the center console never worked. As it turns out, all the 2017’s with this feature didn’t work. GM developed a replacement charging pad but did not cover the replacement under warranty. It cost me $275.00 to have it retrofitted with the new charging pad. It looks identical to the old pad except this one works on my IPhone X and my wife’s Samsung. How can GM sell a feature that doesn’t work in first place and the charge you to have it fixed?? That’s the subject of another conversation.
Went in and bought used truck June 30th. Very happy with the truck and great price. Looks brand new. The buying was quick and easy. Would recommend to anyone.

This car is one of the best I have ever owned. The technology that cars have now is so impressive and the terrain has everything I need. It drives comfortablely and smooth. Gas mileage is good. I can see this car lasting my many years to come!

Worst costumer support

This is a nice truck except for a few problems 1. The paint is cheap and scratches fairly easily for the price of the truck. 2. No rear heat or a/c in crew cab 3. The worst costumer service ever. (Let me explain) I took my truck to two different dealerships for the same problem multiple times for the drivers assist warning. They replaced the sensors under the seat at least twice and now saying they need to be replaced again @ $658. I keep asking why the problem is always intermittent with no answer. I suggested they check for a short, but was looked at like I was stupid I am over my warranty by a little over 600 miles and GM says they won't help me. You be the judges
