This vehicle from the start had issues. At 2,000 miles the auto stop feature failed and I was stuck in the middle of an intersection. I had to turn the vehicle off and restart it to get the engine to re-engage. Which then I got pulled over from a police officer because I hesitated too long at the intersection. The dealership had it for 1.5 weeks as it needed a new battery and cam shaft cylinoids. The local dealership had been great but GM directly is horrible. It now has radio software issues that I have had it in now twice for it and still isn't working properly. I had a 2017 Acadia before this one that was so unsafe GM ended up buying back from me. I will buy from the dealership again but I will never ever purchase anything from General Motors again.
I have never, and I mean never enjoyed the process of buying a car. BUT, Mike Pecha made the experience enjoyable. Not only was he knowledgeable about the car and explained everything to me a couple of times, Mike was friendly and personable.
I love the car and the attention to making sure I was happy when I left. Mike has been in touch with me several times, just making sure I didn't have questions. I know I can call, text or email Mike and he will respond within minutes.
Trent is lucky to have Mike Pecha and I am so glad he was there to serve me. I have told all my friends and I will be a loyal customer.

the suv is great inside and out no complaints as of yet. Love the sliding back seats for extra leg room . back up camera is nice.
I was looking to make my first ever vehicle purchase and happened to browse the lot of Trent Cadillac. The salesman, Mike Pecha, was there for me from start to finish. He was friendly, approachable, knowledgeable, great communicator, and very trusting to work with. He made the process very smooth. He was very easy to talk to and was available and reachable by phone or text at any time. He answered all my questions and put me at ease. The vehicle I purchased was a fantastic deal and I never thought I could have got it on my budget. I’m hoping to enjoy this vehicle for years to come. We love our new car. Its spacious with lots of upgrades. Very stylish and comfortable to be in. Love it. Never owned a gmc til now. We've been missing out.

Engine turns off when you stop

This vehicle turns off and on when you stop a big safety issue very dangerous to drive. And I am scared to drive this vehicle on the Freeway and streets.

Beautiful vehicle! Plenty of power and full of options including heated/cooled seats, power sliding rear window, back-up camera, lane departure alert, etc., etc. PickUps are no longer just for hauling & towing!

Annoying noise from plastic rear bumper on highway

Wish more attention was given to comfort of cooling and heating rear passenger seating. No rear vents in back at all. This was overlooked during my purchased but became very apparent when I was a back set rider during a hot summer day being transported home from surgery.
We have bought 3 vehicles from Morre to date. There is no better group of folks to meet and exceed your wants and needs when it comes to buying a vehicle. Their finance team is fast and produces the deal with ease. I have horrible credit...bankruptcy ect. They were able to put me with a reputable lender....great interest rate and low payment. They really are a group of friends not sharks. Other dealerships turned me down and left me hanging....Morre didnt; they listened and made it happen. I didn't have to down grade or be put in a cheaper vehicle....my wife and I got exactly what we wanted. Like I said I have purchased 3 vehicles with them....they're a Class Act for sure.

Overall this truck is fantastic and very comfortable. The only thing I don't like is the 6 speed transmission, but you can't get away from that anymore in any truck. The reasoning I'm sure is to get better mileage, but it only really helps on the highway. In town they just seem to shift up too fast so if you need to get on it, there is a bit of delay and it feels cumbersome. Some have 8 or more gears now and I can't even imagine how they respond. I'd prefer to suffer the mileage on the highway to go back or a 4 speed transmission. I love the step in the bumper to get in the back as well as the lighting in the truck bed. Really everything else on this truck is beautiful.
RJ in the service department was awesome! I was well informed of the maintenance completed on my Acadia. They were very friendly! Thank you for amazing service!

I own the 6.2L 1500 Sierra and I love it. Although I only get 12.7mpg, the power makes up for it. I feel as though I could do anything necessary, and if the apocalypse came, it would keep me alive easily! It looks great inside and out, and I don't have to worry about any engine issues.
This was one of the best experiences I've had buying a new vehicle from a dealership. Joe and Ted helped me out with the sale and Wayne was very easy going and easy to work with.

I’ve had the vehicle for a short while. Thus far it’s smooth sailing except for the Driver’s side seat warmer.
We’ll see how much of pain in the patootskie it is to get it rectified but overall I’m happy with the vehicle.
I’ve received a lot of compliments on it and am proud of the image it portrays for my General Contracting company.

I originally had a 2015 terrain which was AWD and loved it. After leasing my current 2017 Terrain - which is FWD -I feel the car is tailored for a man. The finger holds on the steering wheel, for example, are sized for a man - my hand just doesn’t grip properly. My next vehicle I would like to find something that rides a little less like a “truck” and the Bluetooth has never worked properly which was used by Gavin as a selling point.
Always a pleasure to work with Juan and everyone else at Moore. Loving my upgraded Yukon. They always make you feel welcomed and will work with you on any deal to get you into a new vehicle. Parts department is also willing to make whatever is wrong right with your new vehicle. All the great service keeps us coming back for almost 10 years now. Keep up the great work.

Joe Musulin was my salesman and he let me test drive cars over the period of two days, however he dealt with my family via email and phone for over a week! This car is sweet, 32’ tires ko2 with 2’ leveling kit looks mean drives mean, have k&n air filter on it with dual exhausts so it sounds mean!!!!!
Our horn was suppose to have been fixed under warrenty. After a short while it broke again. This time we paid to have it repaired and thought we should have not been charged but paid anyway.Brought in a 3rd time for repair and paid again. Now it is broken again. An employee called to ask about our service and if we were satisified and i told her about my problem . She said she would call me back and I never heard from her again. So now I am filling out my survey.

Very nice truck. Comfortable, quiet, and very good gas mileage for a V8 engine. Have not had any service problems since owning, which is 34000 miles.
As someone who doesn't like to shop, Scott made buying a new car an easy and enjoyable experience. He worked and got us agreeable terms. I'll definitely come back here to get our 3rd vehicle from them.

My 2017 GMC Sierra SLT is the best truck I ever owned. The headlights are very bright making it easier to see at night with the automatic highbeams. The Bose radio has excellent sound. I average 20 miles to a gallon in the city. The seats are very comfortable and the back seat in the crew cab has plenty of room for adults. The interior is very quite. The parking sensors and lane guidance system work very well. Yes, I love this truck.
