The chevrolet service dept always does what I ask and if they find anything else that needs done they will let you know if it has to be done or if it can wait but either way they charge very little if anything to get you a estimate just depends how long it takes to diagnose.

A little expensive, but comfortable, quiet, smooth ride. Great performance out of the 6.2L and better than expected fuel economy in the low 20s. Outstanding interior and good looking exterior, especially in the Downpour Metallic color. I don’t have 700 miles on it yet and have owned it for 3 weeks. Therefore, I can’t pass judgement yet on the reliability, but so far I am very satisfied. This replaced an 8 year old Ford F150 that served me quite well with only a couple of issues in the 100,000 plus miles.

We bought our Acadia at another dealership but when we had trouble Phil Wright responded to our call, gave us the number for a wrecker to pick it up and took care of ordering the parts and fixing it in a timely manner. I dropped my truck off to have the oil changed. The day before I noticed that I had a headlight out. I bought the bulb from a local parts store, but hadn't had a chance to change it. They called and said that I had a light out. I told them the bulb was in the truck seat that I would change it that afternoon. They said they would change it as a courtesy at no charge. Happy customer!

Stong engine and smooth! Highly recommend for familys or someone who likes a smooth truck. Purchased new and have had zero issues since then. Love it!

Got the duramax diesel and getting 24 city and 32 highway is very good. Truck drives nice and is very comfortable. My 2 issues with this truck is the backup camera at night is useless (very dark) and interior lighting is not very good. You would have thought a 78k truck would have footwell lights, but it doesn’t.

Great truck to own. The 2023 GMC Sierra Denali with the 6.2L engine delivers excellent power, smooth performance, and a refined driving experience. The ride quality, interior comfort, and overall build quality are outstanding. I have had no issues whatsoever, and it has been a reliable, enjoyable vehicle from day one. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a premium full-size truck.
