Matthew and Ryan were great! My experience was quick and I love my new car!!!
2026 GMC Terrain review
This will be my 3rd GMC Terrain. Each has been reliable for me, and on my 1st put over 200,000 miles on before trading in. for this 2026 I traded in my 2020 with almost 100,000 miles, but the deal was right and came at a good time. I love the comfort of this year's version, the acceleration and performance outdo previous versions. Spacious for 4, and room enough for 5, with plenty of cargo space. Compared to other cars of similar size and style, this one was right!

Honesdale Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM review
Honestly wasn't sure I'd buy from a small town lot, figured the selection would be thin and the prices padded. It was the opposite. They had three of the exact trim I was after, which the bigger place off 81 couldn't manage, and the pricing was already where I'd have negotiated to. I did push a little on the doc fee out of habit and got nowhere, which is fair enough. Whole thing took a Saturday morning.
2024 GMC Terrain review
The GMC Terrain is a very dependable auto that I have had no issues. The model is the AT4, which has the headsup display. Interior is nice with leather and all the electronics options.

Truck's fine and the price was honest, but the delivery got pushed twice because of something with the title from the previous owner. Three extra days of driving my brother in laws car. They were apologetic about it and it eventually sorted itself out. Would still shop here, jsut wanted to be accurate.
2026 GMC Acadia review
This car has all the features of most higher priced luxury cars. Very quiet ride and super comfortable seats and a large display screen for showing driving directions and those are also on the front dashboard next to the speedometer. I bought the Elevation version and it comes with a rear hitch.

2016 GMC Terrain review
I purchased my 2016 GMC Terrain SLT in 2018 as a gently used vehicle with only 21,000 miles on it. I never had issues with it. I kept it regularly serviced and had to replace tires. At now over 93,000 it has been a comfortable and very reliable car. The only feature I wished it had was rear air conditioning. Living here in the SE it gets hot and it takes a “minute” to get the back of the vehicle cooled down. However, I rarely have back seat passengers, and thankfully, the really hot weather lasts only a few months! I have been very pleased with this car and would recommend it to others. I traded it in a week ago for a larger car only because I need the room for a grandchild, and my elderly parents.

2024 GMC Yukon review
Purchased new in October 2024. Total miles driven 9,276. Just completed a 4,734.2 mile trip through 9 states. Just a pleasure to drive. My wife and I were on the road 16 days, with only 8 driving days, longest day was 674 miles. Average driving speed was about 72+ miles per hour. Seat comfort was amazing, no discomfort, great considering having 4 back surgeries. Very solid on the road with little or no driving fatigue. Performance was great. Of the total miles, about 500 were in town driving and 300 miles was in 4x4 in a snow storm coming across Northern Texas in April. Average MPG was 26.4 with my best 500mile drive at 33mpg. The diesel engine is very quiet requiring me to check the tach sometimes to be sure I had pressed the off button. Very quiet on the road as well. This is my first diesel and I would highly recommend it. Plenty of power, great fuel economy, quiet and very responsive when you need that quick acceleration. amazingly nimble for a big SUV. The adaptive cruise works great. My previous GMC was a 2009, 6.2L V8 Yukon XL. I drove that one 140K miles over 14 years with nothing but routine maintenance, a great vehicle as well. Very happy with this 2024

Vehicle came out of detail with the inside of the windshield still streaky and one floor mat missing. Told them, they handled it in about fifteen minutes and found the mat in the back. Not a big deal, just wasn't a perfect delivery. Everything before that was easy and I got a fair price on my old Escape.

One gripe and its a small one: the second key took almost two weeks to show up. They did call me when it came in and had it programmed while I waited, so fine. The buying part itself was easy, my salesperson let me take the Pacifica home overnight to see if the car seats fit the way I needed. That mattered way more than the key thing.

If I could leave 10 stars for our salesman Todd I would! We looked up and down for a used Suburban for months and Todd was by far the most helpful, honest and genuine person that we dealt with. We were in and out of the dealership in 20 mins. Could not be happier with the entire process with Todd! Would not hesitate to take the 90 min ride back to buy another vehicle from him!!! Plus they have an amazing bakery across the street.

Absolutely LOVE this car is one of my favorites by far. Midsize SUV with all the features of a full size luxury vehicle. Can’t beat the heated seats, power lift gate, and the amazing panoramic sunroof they added on these models. 2021 GMC Acadia review
Just purchased this vehicle a little over a month ago. Love the ride, the comfort of the seats, and, the body style. My only complaint is that it drifts to the right and the steering wheel is several degrees to the left after two trips to the dealer where we purchased it. I will probably have to pay to take it to a known, excellent alignment shop.

2023 GMC Acadia review
I have owned my Acadia just under one year. It is quiet, stylish, has an easy and very effective infotainment system, owns five star safety and shows every indication of being as reliable as the Yukon I owned for 20 years. This Suv will go to 60 mph in about 6.0 seconds flat. It has 20 inch wheels and tires and will turn better and stop faster than most every Suv. I have front and rear heated seats, cooled seats, a sunroof, memory settings and this is only an SLT. My gas mileage routinely exceeds EPA (with AWD). Driving from Milwaukee to Chicago, I averaged 29.8 MPG at 75 mph. EPA is 26 MPG at 65 mph. I truly LOVE that Car and Driver rates this SUV near the bottom. Better for me. I have the Home Run. The OWNERS of the GMC Acadia rate this SUV higher than Highlander Palisade, Explorer, Telluride and all the rest. Count me among them. FYI, not a GM employee, just a happy customer.

2005 GMC Envoy review
This is the best Car I have ever owned. She has never let me down and the in-line 6 cylinder engine has been very reliable.

Small dealership with super friendly family atmosphere. Salesman Chris Spaulding was out of sight and great to deal with. No high pressure sales tactics at all. 30 minutes to close the deal and an hour of friendly conversation. Purchased vehicles from this dealership in the past and would highly recommend.

2021 GMC Acadia review
My 2021 GMC Acadia is by far the best car I have ever driven. I always feel very safe and secure in it as it has many safety features, like a warning light on the side mirrors a car is approaching. I love the helpful guides for parking. It rides so quietly and comfortable, too— like on a cloud!

No pressure sale. Took time to explain options. Made every attempt to satisfy my requests. Worked with Chris S who helped with sales and all paperwork to close the deal. Worth my travel time to visit dealer.

R.B. Fries, Inc.Reviews
R.B. Fries, Inc. review
My husband bought me a car from R.B.Fries in Vandling, PA and it was a wonderful experience. After searcing locally for a Buick Lacrosse, we didn't find one that we thought was in the condition/price range that suited us. Then I spotted my dream car in on the internet at R.B.Fries' website. My husband called Howard and he invited us to come down and see the car. From the moment we arrived at R.B.Fries, Howard made our auto purchase nothing short of pleasurable. We received a warm, friendly welcome, and Howard had the car out front and ready for us to test drive. It was amazingly clean and in perfect condition for a used car. We found Howard to be extremely knowledgeable, provided us with every detail imaginable about the car, and he was very professional. He patiently answered all of our questions, was pressure-free, and went above and beyond to make car buying a worry-free experience. We feel that we got an exceptional value and were fortunate to have found R.B.Fries. I could not be happier with my vehicle or the purchase process. The car is in perfect condition inside and out and the price was fair. We'll be back! We highly recommend going to R.B.Fries if you're in the market for a new or slightly used vehicle. Vandling, PA is a beautiful, scenic place to visit as well. Finally, we would also like to thank Finance Manager Chris Spaulding. This deal would not have been possible without his patience and diligence in finding a way to make it work for us. Thank you Howard and Chris!

Zach and the staff were accommodating and on time. I text the day before on a vehicle and it was ready for me to test drive at the exact scheduled time. Very helpful and easy to work with, no back and forth bidding war. Thank you again Zach for making the process a smooth and easy process. Would recommend anyone to go there to buy a vehicle new or used.

Most pleasant car buying experience! Lisa was outstanding! She was very patient as I test drove truck after truck, after until I got exactly what I wanted. At no point did I feel rushed or forced into something I didn't want, I knew she was listening to me and getting me the best deal. I will buy all my cars from here going forward!
