Its a decent car, but on a car frame. I had a GMC Envoy a truck frame SUV and it was so much nicer to sit higher than the sedans and baby SUVs on the road. Doe have nice accelerations and mileage tho.

They made it a very easy process and even drove me to work and picked me up when vehicle was finished.

I always bought the GMC Acadia (4 times) but decided to try the terrain. I absolutely love it and it's a great car for zipping around in town. I would take it for a weekend trip but not on a long trip as it doesn't have a lot of cab room, but for two people it is fine

After locating the Porsche of my dreams, I submitted a request for the dealer to call me. I was please with a very professional phone call from Tyler Grier. Tyler went above and beyond knowing that I was 1700 miles away. Tyler sent me videos, photos and numerous text answering my barrage of questions. Tyler went above and beyond in my books, whether it is customary for a high end dealer to provide this type of customer service. In addition, Alex and Zaza also provided great customer service while Tyler was off. Even during the transport of my Porsche, Tyler was prompt to make sure that I was still taken care of even after the purchase. Today is the day I receive my 2018 911 C4S and I couldn’t be more excited and happy that Walser Porsche of Wichita was there for me every step of the way. 2019 Canyon Denali. All sorts of bells and whistles, several that I don't really need. Biggest complaint: no memory seats and no Homelink garage opener. Ridiculous. What accountant made that decision?

We just purchased our 2nd car from Scholfield Honda East. Overall it's not your stereotypical car dealership. They are very professional with no game playing or pressure. Hamilton Richardson was great to work with! He was very patient as my wife and I looked at multiple vehicles, while trying to decide on which type we wanted. He was very knowledgeable with all of the car's features and happily answered questions we had through text, even on his day off. Very friendly and laid back, not to mention a great sense of style. This review is for a two week old truck. I have been trying to get a 3500HD AT4, gas engine, 8 foot bed, 5th wheel prep, in blue for over a year (almost 2). My dealer finally received an allocation and I was off for the build!! However, when my build order was sent to me the color had defaulted to black (blue was discontinued for 2024) and the only way to change it was to cancel and start over.....so black it is!! The truck is gorgeous and much larger than I thought! I am pleased with both exterior styling and the 2024 interior refesh. My only complaint is the seats, they are a bit firm.....still comfy....but firm. The GM sunroof is small, so small I passed on the option. Mechanically this truck is a pretty sound design. Another 50hp for the 6.6L gas engine would be nice, but 401hp is pretty decent. A PTO offering in the up level trims would be nice, as would a larger/dual fuel tank option is needed (GM is the only one that doesn't offer one), and a factory level in the front, and while I am dreaming a front locking differential. GM could up thier paint game, when approaching 90k I expect better paint. Value wise it is as good if not better than the rest of the over priced trucks on the market. Rumor is 20K per unit on average goes to the UAW pension, that's why your 50k truck costs 70k. In closing I have zero regrets other than the color, but I needed it immediately so here I am.

Great experience at CarMax Wichita! We worked with Sales Consultant Vernon Nelson and he was kind and helpful throughout the entire process. We felt zero pressure from him, which was a stark contrast to another dealership we were working with who pressured us hard and had an attitude when we didn't buy on the spot. Vernon just wanted us to have the best car for us, regardless of whether or not that was from CarMax. They offered us a fair price on both the trade-in and the vehicle purchase itself as well, so no we'd have no hesitations recommending them to others.

I have loved and owned Chevy and GMC midsized trucks since 98 when I purchased a used S-10. My latest purchase is a 2021 GMC Canyon Denali bought brand new. It's been a great truck until my power steering unit went out due to corrosion. It only has 32,200 miles on it and I have never gotten it wet other than car washes and driving in the rain which is normal conditions. I had purchased a mid grade extended warranty through GMC after my lease was up and purchased the truck. I am being told this is NOT covered due to it being external wiring. So I feel this is a manufacturing malfunction and bad engineering for water to be able to get in to cause such corrosion so beware. This is an open case filed with GM currently to hopefully rectify the matter.

Got it for the ride ,comfort,great gas mileage on trips,can do a 750 mile trip and not be warn out from the ride.Can carry a lot of stuff .All the different options are great

Just purchased this vehicle a little over a month ago. Love the ride, the comfort of the seats, and, the body style. My only complaint is that it drifts to the right and the steering wheel is several degrees to the left after two trips to the dealer where we purchased it. I will probably have to pay to take it to a known, excellent alignment shop.

Bought this 2016 GMC Canyon (4cyl) at car max in 2017 . It was part of a commercial fleet and was well taken care of and low mileage . I’ve only have had one problem and that was in the engine cooling system where I had to replace two hoses and a goose neck . While repairing that I noticed an oil leak around the valve cover so I replaced the gasket . It was under warranty still ( just happened in Jan 2024 ) . I could have repaired it myself but who wants to get all dirty when it can be repaired by GMC at little or no cost to me. It still has 6 months remaining on warranty ( I did purchase from CarMax) hoping it does not need any further repairs . It is 8 years old and according to its records this is the first repair other than natural repair items that had ever been needed . It rides well pulls my utility trailer fully loaded just fine . I also have a 2000 Ranger that I had to replace the tranny on when it was just a few years old . It has never needed any other work. I believe the GMC will last me for years to come . But you never know so I will be buying another after market warranty on it when the time comes . I’ve already added that to a 2015 vehicle I own who’s warranty had expired . I’m a old school mechanic I can repair olde vehicles easily ( compared to todays ) I’m also a former Turbo Prop Mechanic from the Air Force and worked those motors for almost 29 years . I had worked on Piston Air Craft Motors for a few years before the change . A lot like a car piston motor in many ways . Two kinds of piston motors on Air Craft . Line a cars block or a receptacating motor( Round) . Very easy to trouble shoot vs Turbo Prop. Just letting you know that I have experience as a mechanic and know a real problem vehicle when I see one . Would buy a GMC canyon again or maybe go larger due to my new 42 foot long Camper I have rec bought .

My experience started out very rough. I set up an appointment with Mina, and was told the car was ready for me to look at. My wife and I drove an hour and a half to look and test out the car. When we arrived Mina was with another customer showing the car we came to see. Mina acted as though she was avoiding me so I ask to speak to a manager. I spoke with the manager which did not help matters. This was one of my worst experiences buying a vehicle. Fortunately we were handed of to Brad Huffman and he saved the sale. If it were not for Brad I would have contacted Corporate.

I paid over $106,000 for this truck with warranty. Do not care much about miles per gal. at that that price range. Just too much truck for me at my age.

I bought this truck new 8 years ago (and 77k miles). I use this truck for truck things like towing a 5,200lb trailer @8 times a year. The V6 has plenty of power and gets good mileage (22 mpg combined, 29 highway empty, 15 pulling the trailer). Reliability has been outstanding. The transmission needs a full flush about every 40k to keep it shifting smoothly. Other than that this truck has been without issue.
