Snethkamp Chrysler-Jeep-Dodge-RAM review
After not finding the new 2017 Jeep I was seeking at my local go to dealership I broadened my search distance. After looking at Jeeps at 7 dealerships far from home and being discouraged for various reasons regarding these visits, I had one more go at it and drove to Snethkamp Jeep far away. Story is: was paired with salesman who actually listened and was interested in our satisfaction to make the deal happen. The visit evolved: examined condition of, test drove, liked Jeep, discussed terms of deal including trade in $, struck agreements for sale. Drove home in new Jeep same day! Snethkamp buying experience helping to smooth all the negatives of a long search. So if you need to be treated with a professional approach and consideration in your purchase try Snethkamp Chrysler Jeep, it was a pleasure for me that day.
2017 Jeep Patriot review
CVT trans went out at 90,000 miles. Prior to that I called the dealership and’s was told it was too early to get serviced. Kept driving another 1k. Afterwards the trans went out ! xxxxxx me off. Car still sits in driveway not driven. Solenoid that controls speed is stuck. When you give it gas it slows down. Every auto shop I call says it’s not worth rebuilding trans because you can’t find parts. Dealership says they only swap them out and new trans is $8,700 that’s with labor! 8 week back order for trans. Ridiculous… $8,700 is another car. I gave insight to say this; buyer beware of CVT transmissions. Use your own judgement for service. Get it looked at every 30k miles. Try to buy a car that doesn’t have one. Lesson learned…

Suburban Cadillac of Troy review
Michael was absolutely fantastic to deal with. The dealership was approximately a 4 hour drive so Michael and his team did everything to make sure I was comfortable purchasing the vehicle without actually seeing it in person. When I arrived everything was ready and as discussed over the phone. I would highly recommend!

Love this car! I have 81000 miles on it,the only thing I’ve done is brake job and this the 3rd set of new tires. I’m going to be getting a new Toyota soon and using this for a trade in.

I had such a great experience working with Michele! She was so helpful, patient, and professional throughout the entire process of getting my car. She made sure I understood everything and never made me feel pressured or rushed into making a decision. She was always willing to answer my questions and made the whole experience feel smooth and stress-free. I’m so happy with my car and truly appreciate everything Michele did to help me get it. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about their customers and goes above and beyond, I definitely recommend working with Michele! ❤️
2008 Lincoln MKX review
I bought my 2008 Lincoln MKX new and in June 2022, I’m still driving it. This is, hands down, the best vehicle I’ve ever owned. I can’t imagine buying a new car right now. I’ve never kept a car for 13 years. Leather interior is still in top shape, minimal wear. I believe we’ve spent only around $1,500 in mechanical repairs in the 13 years we’ve had this vehicle. All the bells & whistles are working fine. I only wish my SYNC could be upgraded to current version, but alas, not possible.

Best customer service and great prices. I've been shopping for a while now and everyone was giving us the run around and once I step foot into this place it felt like home, these guys were making us laugh and they were very open and honest about everything from the test drive to the paper work and they did not waste our time negotiating they just gave a great deal that we couldn't refuse. thanks again to everyone that was there specially Ray and Dave.
2010 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
I have never owned a Mercedes-Benz I’ve always owned a BMW. I have to say I really love this vehicle. It rides smooth, the seats are very comfortable, it has so many functions for a 2010, I was extremely surprised. The color of the vehicle was listed as arctic white however it’s more of a cream color vehicle. If I could change the color I most likely would. But it’s still very beautiful. The vehicle only had 13,562 miles. The interior looks and smells brand new. The exterior is extremely designed well. It’s a beautiful car. I’ve only driven it one day because I’ve only had it one day. As time goes on I will then be able to make an accurate review. My younger sister will purchase my vehicle if I choose to sell.

2013 Ford Escape review
I've owned a fully loaded 2013 Ford Escape SEL and it's been an excellent vehicle, especially for work travel. Most of my driving has been on the interstate, where it consistently averages 28 to 30 MPG, making it surprisingly fuel efficient for an SUV. The SEL trim comes well equipped with plenty of comfort and convenience features, and the factory sound system is outstanding. It's a great vehicle for long highway trips. The fuel tank holds around 13 gallons, which, combined with the highway fuel economy, provides a solid driving range between fill ups. Overall, it's been dependable, comfortable, economical to own, and a great choice for anyone looking for a practical SUV with a premium feel.

2016 Ford Edge review
The 2.7L Ecoboost engine in the Sport model is phenomenal. Powerful, smooth and reliable. I love the adaptive cruise control, air-conditioned front seats, panoramic sunroof, and power lift gate but its the engine that makes this stand out from the competition. I own 2 of these Sport models now.

2010 Jeep Liberty review
I've had this car for 12 years. It still only has 64k miles. Think little old lady. One expensive repair in all that time is pretty good for as old as it is. The sensor lights stay on all the time, but the car sill runs like a top. I would buy another Jeep if they still made them to look like a Jeep again.

2009 Hyundai SANTA FE review
I have owned my 2009 Hyundai Santa Fe for 7 years, I am the second owner of this vehicle. It is now 2026 and this vehicle is still going strong. This by far has been my favorite of all the vehicles I have owned. Fun to drive, excellent in the worst of winter road conditions, reliable, safe, comfortable, loads of room and just an overall great vehicle. Though it is getting old, my hope is it will hold on for at least a couple more winters for me...right now I wouldn't be surprised if it makes it to see 20. It is a bit of a gas guzzler, so definitely not the vehicle to buy if you are looking for super fuel efficiency.

2015 Chevrolet Equinox review
I bought my Equinox new off the lot in 2015 to be my winter driving car. I’ve had it for 10 years, and have driven it 60 miles round-trip in some of the worst winter weather in the lower 48 states. The Equinox held the road well on ice, in slush, and in deep snow on days that I was on the road before the snow plows. It has always been reliable and has never left me stranded. I’ve had no major issues in over 107,000 miles. I appreciate the cargo space which is much better than the newer models. I regularly recommend Equinoxes to my friends and family.

Suburban Auto Sales of Madison Heights review
I had a great experience at Suburban Auto Sales, and a big reason why was Jerad. From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful—no pressure, no salesy nonsense. He took the time to answer all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. The whole process was smooth and straightforward, and I never felt rushed or talked into anything. It’s obvious Jerad actually cares about making sure customers leave happy, not just closing a deal. Finally I was able to drive off in my new Escalade. If you’re looking for a stress-free car buying experience, I highly recommend Suburban Auto Sales—and definitely ask for Jerad. I’ll be coming back and sending friends his way.

Hello March, Sean Fathi was my salesman at Page Honda and I could not be more satisfied! He was friendly and knowledgeable. Sean told me about all the bells and whistles in various vehicles but he was not pushy at all. All my questions were answered making sure I was comfortable with my decision. The entire process was smooth and hassle free from test driving to financing. I HIGHLY recommend Sean Fathi at Page Honda to anyone looking for a great selection of vehicles and top notch customer service. Old “gurl” is rolling in a 2025 HR-V Sport and 💜ing it. End of novel!
2012 Honda Civic review
Bought my 2012 brand new and 12 years later it still runs great! I have put o er 304,000 miles on it and have had no problems. I have done regular maintenance on the car and it keeps on ticking. The paint is poor condition and weather stripping has deteriorated. The interior has held well! The only thing after 12 years and lots of miles is the CD player is making noises and wearing out. I am going to keep driving until it dies which at this point seems like it might be another 100-200k miles.

2014 Chevrolet Impala review
Bought new in January 2014. So far it's been a reliable car. It's been back to the shop twice in almost 11 years for a leaking transmission line & a emission issue. Other than two recalls it's been good. Of course, I'm only at 67,676 miles. Oh, I forgot I had to replace the front two struts. When it was wet outside while turning I would get some vibration. Dealer had a TSB on it, the cost was 1,500 dollars. But overall the car has been fairly reliable. It's been quiet, roomy, comfortable and has decent power.

This vehicle has been extremely reliable and fits my needs for hauling lots of cargo and pulling a utility trailer. The engine has great power and the interior comfort if excellent. It make long trips very comfortable. It is the main reason why we purchased a second Sienna, 2021 XLE AWD.

Suburban Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM of Troy review
Went for oil change for my 2019 ram 1500. As usual went flawlessly and quickly. The lounge is comfortable and covid compliant. The manager of this dealer always greats me when I walk in and takes care of me in a friendly professional and consistent manner. I would recommend this dealership for service without question. 2004 Ford Escape review
over 220K miles and the only thing I've had to replace is the battery and alternator, serpentine belt, spark plug and gasket( which I'm proud to say I did myself). As with any car it has its particular problems to look out for but if you do regular maintenance this vehicle lasts.watch out for the rear wheel wells the 1st gens are known to deteriorate

Love the car. Easy to park. Small back seat. Back seat windows could have more glass. Blocks view. Very driver friendly. Only one arm rest in front- downer.

2012 Lincoln MKX review
Love my big babi is what I call my 2012 Lincoln mkx. Few issues but still love my Lincoln 1.rear camera: goes in and out 80% of time it's upside down 2.A.c: blows hot air on passenger side and back 3. Loud screech sound when backing up while brake is applied 4. Dash goes black when comes back on error message system shutting down to save battery 5. Low tire pressure default; I checks my tire pressure literally every 3 days fear of having real issue while driving
