They did a great job repairing my hood paint chip, and they picked up and returned my car to me.

Have had lots of problems with the wheel sensors. New tires and new sensors and still have the same issue. Shows tire low and it is not. Just car not even two years the air conditioning would not blow out cold air. The compressor in the back went out, need to be replaced. Side car waring lights come on sometimes even though no car anywhere near me. Fold in mirrors are a joke the driver side comes in and out, however the passenger side sticks. Dealer said yeah that happens. This car is garage kept!

The body design actually looks more expensive than it is, and it sits pretty high which I love, very roomy inside, and drives so smooth people keeps thinking it’s an EV, And it comes with all the new tech amenities that all new vehicles have nowadays

I had an 8am appointment, my first one for my new jeep cherokee with 27,500 miles (a gift). I was happy that i was gotten in so very quickly for an oil change. Also, I was very happy that I was informed that the 30,000 mile check up was basically an oil change, saving me much needed money. I was also told to get tires rotated which I did. And i had a sensor out, which I was informed about including cost to repair and that was replaced and repaired during this same visit, which I appreciated. I liked the music and the comfortable chairs. I wish Fox wasn't on the television! ugH! i wasn't told exactly where the waiting room was and had to snake myself back to what I had to guess was the waiting room....I saw no free coffee which I get at the cheapest of auto shops, a disappointment. Add coffee in addition to the venting machine there. Overall, I am happy to have my jeep at my findlay jeep dealer and hope to build a trusting relationship that keeps my jeep in tip-top condition, giving me professional, quality service and not trying to rip me off in any way.

Very nice facility and staff and had exactly what we wanted and got us in the payment range we wanted ! Will recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle and will be a return customer.

I leased this 2017 Encore in 2017 after the lease was up I bought it. Now in 2024 I am just putting tires on it. I put a new battery in last year. That's it! I change the oil. I have read the bad reviews and am surprised. To be fair I drive in town and 6000 to 7000 miles a year.

Apple play used to connect but no longer does. Didn’t notice passenger door wasn’t installed properly until I took a road trip and the noise!!! Drivers side arm rest squeaks as though it’s about to come apart. Very noisy engine over 40 mph.

The transmission fluid was replaced and the transmission was flushed but I wasn’t informed if they found any foreign material in the fluid that would account for the clunking noise that I hear in the driveline. Hoping to hear something back to my concern.

2021 SV 24000 miles Value is awsome, only 34,000 dollars Very powerful and smooth shifts, goes up steep hills like hot knife thru butter. Did not give 5 star because: Info center surface glass stained not able to clean off imperfections. Center console does not stow to make 3 person front seat Steering wheel too small, can't drive with my knee when both my hands are busy. Poor visibility out back and side windows

We drove 4.5 hours to Findlay CDJR. Spoke to Kevin in sales. We agreed on a price for the Chevy Blazer we had discussed at their dealership. Kevin related that he was not going to be at the dealership when we arrived later but to see another sales associate by the name of Adrian. Kevin explained that he would inform Adrian of the details that we had discussed. We got there the Blazer was washed and polished and was Ready for delivery. Adrian honored the deal we had reached earlier. We left very happy and very impressed by Findlay CDJR!

This truck is great if your not trying to haul 10k lbs. For every day use it's great on gas and I fit everything I need in the bed.

We bought this car brand new. One thing I don’t like is it has no spare tire, just an air pump. We don’t drive a lot. We have owned our car a little over two years and we have 5322 miles on it. Since we have had it the AC Compressor locked up, under warranty, replaced with new belt, then a front axle had to be replaced because the metal ring was put above the rubber boot, under warranty, the most recent our battery was dead, very cold winter, and a power steering module was draining the battery, under warranty. There is a recall on the computer screen, we never had an issue with it , but that was replaced. When we purchased this car we paid a good amount to have an extended warranty for 6-7 years after the Chrysler one is done. May be a good thing we purchased that. Everything is covered on this car, with the exception of maintenance such as brakes, oil changes, etc…. We love the car, handles nice, does well in the snow, and it looks good!!!! We have no worries, we have the warranty for the next several years. The Chrysler dealer we take it to are very nice, competent, polite fellows. I’m sure all makes and models Chevy’s, Ford’s, etc…all have manufacturing issues. Like I said this car handles nice, and looks good. I read in Italy they have Hornets as police cars. So we will give it a 4 star out of 5. Happy Motoring Folk’s!!!!!

It’s a Jeep, so people who buy this understand what it’s all about, great off road performance, reliable and fun to drive. The Gladiator is unique because it’s a pickup and gives you more flexibility on abilities to carry more, but doesn’t hamper performance in any way, also, priced well compared to similar vehicles.

We left our house this morning on a mission to look at 5 dealership with basically the same style trucks and packages, just different add ons or colors. Reineke Ford was the first stop. From the second I hit the lot I had a comfortable feeling. We weren't swamped or ganged up on walking the lot. I walked in and asked for the online sales manager who paired me up with a sales representative named Melissa Kia and I was extremely impressed. Her knowledge of Ford trucks and how to operate all the tech and features was spot on. She answered all my questions and showed me every inch and feature in about 15min and already had it by the front door with a tag on it waiting. Prior to this, I had a lifetime of GMC trucks and a recent past with a couple of Rams. Both brands had failed with either an engine rebuild or a transmission so I was ready for something different. She sold me on the features and had me very interested. After the drive I met JB Brentson to put our deal together. We're both hard working parents but given the past few 10 years or so, we've had some life happens kind of things so we knew it would take some help. When our preferred lender Capitol One refused the offer they told us to make, we decided it was time to leave. JB asked me to trust him and give him a chance. He'd make it work. So we did because I truly felt this was going to be the dealership to make it work. So I abandoned the other choices and after about 20min we were signing the papers and shaking hands. It was absolutely refreshing to actually find a dealership that was there for us. The entire building staff talked to our autistic son and offered our kids drinks and snacks like we were family and I greatly appreciate it. Thank you "Kish" and JB for your support and help! Couldn’t be happier. Bought my Crown Limited used with 34,000 miles. Had for two months and she will be with me for many more. Great mpg (42.5), push cruise control and let her drive me with very little assistance.

I purchased used '22 Escape SE AWD two years old, low mileage and delighted with my dealer purchase. Upon extensive research, I was aware the loss of market value, which is why I purchased used. This vehicle is produced in volume as 'low-end' entry among 22 field competitors. Yes, there are several vehicles out there higher rated, more expensive, but my research validated highest cargo storage - highest mpg, for the reasonable market price. You can benefit from this depreciation by buying used! Some complain of the transmission, or slow pickup, or passenger door side panels. I have had no issues after 20,000 miles 6/2024 and get 31.3 mpg combined which is stellar!! A great value for the used car price-not new price. I would recommend as a reasonable value, HIGH capacity SUV can accommodate 4 airport passengers full size luggage is my first Ford of 21 cars purchased. Styling is very attractive, good assortment of safety features. Rear seats slide for extended passenger or cargo capacity.

Straight forward and honest, I asked about a vehicle and was told not to bother it was in rough shape and they made a bad call on taking it in on trade. I was impressed that they told upfront the vehicle was bad I appreciate that they steered me away from a bad deal instead of making a sale first.
