Winegardner always does a great job of servicing my car. I've purchased my last two vehicles from them and have been having my cars serviced there for the past 8 years. I'm always very satisfied. My only small complaint is that they need to have more availability of loaner cars.

This vehicle from the start had issues. At 2,000 miles the auto stop feature failed and I was stuck in the middle of an intersection. I had to turn the vehicle off and restart it to get the engine to re-engage. Which then I got pulled over from a police officer because I hesitated too long at the intersection. The dealership had it for 1.5 weeks as it needed a new battery and cam shaft cylinoids. The local dealership had been great but GM directly is horrible. It now has radio software issues that I have had it in now twice for it and still isn't working properly. I had a 2017 Acadia before this one that was so unsafe GM ended up buying back from me. I will buy from the dealership again but I will never ever purchase anything from General Motors again.

The stearing for parking is extremely good.
Safety features for lane indicator and back up camera, a great feature.
Myself the driver and all passengers, extremely comfortable, roomy.
Trunk roomy for suitcases.
Best of all the V6, really picks up additional driving fun and safety. Especially passing.
Friendly and professional demeanor of all employees.

We bought this car recently and it is the Limited Edition, and it is a great car. We love the features. It has everything, but still is economical and a very lovely car to drive. We are really very happy with the purchase. It came with an Unlimited Warranty on major systems too, available from certain dealerships.
Our sales man, Eric, was very nice. He even played soccer with my son while my husband and I were discussing our purchase. I feel the prices are competitive and they strive to make the customer feel good about their purchase. This is the 3rd vehicle we have purchased at Bayside and we have been very pleased with each experience.

I loved my 2010!!
-no power port in the hatch area
-less cargo room and cubbies to store things
-doesn’t do as well in the snow
-has more power
-overall handles better
-the base model has some bells and whistles
I love Toyota’s and have always been impressed! It has taken me a little bit to get use to the new blind spots. Overall love it!
It was a wonderful experience. Everyone was nice and helpful. I would recommend anyone to come the experience, the people and the dealership.

I have only owned my 2016 GMC Terrain Denali v6 for two weeks now but I absolutely love it! It has a comfortable ride and plenty of room for 4 adults. It can hold 5 people, but to get three in the back I'd think they would have to be slimmer adults, or kids, to sit comfortably. The middle console is really deep, up to your elbow deep. I'm tall and with the seat back you have to reach for the door controls. I'm constantly letting down the back window by mistake when I'm trying to let down the driver side window. The remote start and heated seats are wonderful on cold days! There is a slight vibration when turning the wheel from park. I took it to a dealership where they told me this is a known issue with the V6 Terrain (the 4 cylinder doesn't have this issue apparently). Other than that, so far so good! It has back up camera, blind spot monitoring, lane departure warning, collision warning with brake assist and other safety features. My other vehicle is almost 15 years old so it's taking me a while to get used to all this new technology!
Pretty Lisa and the whole staff treat you like a person and not ticket to a paycheck. Have already told my daughter about Lisa and your staff, but I don't know just what she will decide on.

Bought a 2018 Camry SE left over in ultra white with black interior. So far I love it. I’ve read many online complaints about the 8 speed Trans. I’ve had 0 problems with it to date. The car does learn your driving habits so it may take a few hundred miles for both you and your vehicle to learn each other. It’s quiet smooth and handles lovely. Very sharp looking. I’ve owned Honda’s Chevys Fords Chrysler’s Etc. been driving anything with wheels for 20 years, this is my first Toyota. I was going to go with the 2019 Accord but HATE the new Fast back design and the fact they only come in turbo which cooks your engine over time turned me off to them. I opted for the Toyota’s Camry SE instead. I Love the new sporty look and interior and the engine is more than powerful and peppy without all that turbo nonsense. My biggest complaint in there’s no heated seats in the 2018 SE other than that it’s a well designed sporty reliable car . The technology is unparalleled to anything I’ve have had personally. The Entune takes some getting use to but I have no major complaints or objections. No CD player but who cares with the way music is on our phones now. Might as well have a record player installed next to your 8 track deck if that’s what you want !😂 if you want a reliable car with a great reputation I suggest get one . Happy Hunting to you.

The fact that it's not what I wanted and that was the fault of the dealer is not part of the review for the car itself. If it had everything that I had wanted for features it would be perfect but the overall style, comfort, handling, and reliability of the car I believe are great!
Very comfortable. Many usb, 12v receptacles. Very large storage space. Nice being a bit higher than other vehicles. Rear window tint is great for night driving. But only 14.0 MPG.. Mileage is way worse than expected.
Had a great experience while I was there. I was in and out thanks to my mans Vincent and Chris appreciate the time they took to get me a new car. Satisfied customer. Got what I wanted..

On Halloween 🎃 we got the best treat ever! Our awesome high quality like new 2017 KIA Sedona! Tevin was such a great professional who assisted us with finding the perfect match for our needs and situation. We had to find a new vehicle unexpectedly while working a contract job here in Maryland, 2500 miles away from home. It was a stressful time and we were sure we would have to ???downgrade??? due to our situation. Tevis, Cindy and Chris made us feel welcome, worked with us to find exactly what we needed,EXCEEDED our expectations and made sure we left very happy with our new ???upgrade???-the KIA Sedona. Car is relatively inexpensive, fast and fun to drive. The 6 speed manual is really a hoot and the handling amazing. interior feels a little cheap but easily overlooked when driving
I was looking for a Toyota RAV4 & found one online @ Car Gurus. I drove a hr to see the vehicle, from GB Md to Waldorf Md. My salesman was Daryl, He was great. Very friendly, also was the Finance Manager. Everyone was very helpful. I ended up buying the RAV4. I love it. I’ve had my original car (Toyota Camry) for 22yrs. I kept it , I couldn’t bare to trade it in. But again they were so nice , they detailed my Rav4 & filled up the tank. It was worth the drive.

Super reliable! It has been parked outside in Indiana for the past five years through boiling summers and freezing winters. It has only failed to start one time and that was because I needed a new battery. It has tons of pickup. So much I feel like I can beat a corvette when the light turns green! Easy to drive and comfortable enough for my family. We got a basic model to save $, but it is well designed. I've driven it to work since we bought it new both long (1 hour) and short (10 minute) commutes. We have also take it on 5 vacations over 700 miles one way. If I ever buy another van, I will get another Sedona because of the great experience with this one. The only thing I've had trouble with is associated with winter outside parking. When I pull on the door, not knowing that it is frozen shut, it may slightly jar enough to for the door sensor to think the door is open. After climbing in through the passenger door, which never freezes because it is next to the house, we have to drive five or ten minutes until the car warms up with the ding ding ding of the door-open alert on. That is so annoying, but a fellow outside parker told me to reach in the passenger side first, start the car and go back inside for 10 minutes before trying to open the potentially previously frozen driver door. Lol. What a genius!

Had a good experience at Lux Auto and Billy Mish as the salesman Having a good amount of knowledge on every vehicle we looked at. No pressure, friendly, courteous, and did whatever it took to please the customer. I got a little more truck than what I needed but the deal was in my price range and I really liked what I saw and the few extras that made the sale final. They also include a much needed complimentary car wash, vacuum, free WiFi and snacks. 😀 Being able to schedule service appointments online and receive a confirmation email is a bonus!

Navigation and options are great. Fordpass app is great for scheduling engine starts and diagnostics. 4 cylinder turbo with auto stop is good for emissions and gas savings
