I had a great experience here. They were very straightforward about their pricing, unlike the other local Honda dealers. They were also the only dealer that didn't try to charge me the extra fees. I would highly recommend Honda of Seattle

Honda of Kirkland review
I drove into the service area this morning without an appointment and was greeted by Cam. He was friendly and asked what I needed. Then Quinn arrived to ask what I needed and I explained that the CarPlay disappeared and I needed help getting it back. Right away he took charge and got it connected. Then I explained another problem about my voice prompt not working and then Rich Kim appeared to ask if he could help. So I had two people on the scene( and in my car) to go through what seemed to be a complicated process to reset my system. I wish I knew what they did, all I can say is they stepped up and rescued me. Rich had a lot of knowledge and even though I was worried to start resetting everything, he came through and got everything working. This most important aspect of this experience is the immediate help with my problem. Tech is obviously not in my wheel-house, having such smart and helpful Honda Kirkland staff is amazing. Rich and Quinn never hesitated, gave heavy sighs, or gave a hint of inconvenience in taking care of my situation. Every visit for my scheduled maintenance has been pleasant and I will sing the praises of Rich Kim and Quinn at every opportunity. Thank you.

Sandu, our salesman, was great! Sent us videos of the car, my son’s first one, prior to our arrival. Smooth process up until we got to waiting over three hours for finance to do their part. We almost walked out on our deal because of them.

10/10 experience as far as car buying goes. My salesperson, Diana Wong,, made the process ACTUALLY smooth, fast, and easy… I feel like most cars salespeople say they will, but she actually gets it. This was the only car buying experience I’ve ever had that didn’t feel like a drag and like I had to keep my defense up. She’s a salesperson, but she talked to me like a person and not a commission check like most dealer salespeople tend to, and really wanted me to be happy throughout the process and when all was said and done. Highly recommend working with her if you’re in the area and in the market for a new car!
