East Coast Honda review
East Coast Honda is amazing. I visited more than my fair share of dealerships in NC and SC in anticipation of the purchase and I will never go to any other dealership. Steven Hough (Sales) was prompt, professional and carried a level of expertise that was unparalled. Daniel (Finance) was honest, transparent and did an exemplary job explaning the options without high-pressure sales tactics. Jordan (Management) ensured everything came together seamlessly and was more than fair. East Coast Honda provided a such a wonderful expertise and truly care about the customer and getting them in the right vehicle. Do not waste your time even shopping anywhere else. East Coast Honda is the ONLY place you need to visit and East Coast Honda should be the ONLY place you buy a car from. Thank you Steven, Daniel and Jordan. You are amazing and I am so glad we connected. East Coast Honda truly is first in class. Exceptional service and the car is incredible too. Thank you all!
2024 Honda CR-V review
My 2024 Honda CR-V is everything I expected and more. It has great pickup, quick stopping ability, U-turn small radius like I've never seen, and good on gas mileage.

My salesperson, Raymond Boriello, and the sales managers did everything in thier power to get me into the car I wanted. Highly recommend. Thank you.
2024 Honda CR-V review
This is my 3rd CR-V EX-L. It gets more comfortable with each iteration. Performance is outstanding. Fast acceleration. Nice sound for gas-powered vehicle aficionados. The blue color I have is the most beautiful color ever produced by Honda. Fuel efficiency is as advertised. I won’t buy an EV until charging stations are everywhere and charging speed is improved.

Excellent Service by Tyler Lewis and Intern, Sebastian. They listened to what I wanted and took their time in finding the perfect car for me.

Can't enjoy music or conversation while driving due to road and outside noise. I'm used to a Ford f150 that is very comfortable and quiet.

They were very professional but able to put you at ease as soon as you walked through their doors. There was no pressure and they wanted to help me get the vehicle I wanted. Tasia was amazing and I couldn't have asked for better customer service. Two hours from the minute I walked in to I drove off in my new car is beyond exceptional and I have never had such fast service. Will definitely recommend them to all my family and friends.

I was extremely happy with Donzell. He was professional and extremely polite . He worked with me to get the SUV that I wanted. He kept me updated even taking pictures. All this when I live in Florida. Teresa Radcliffe was helpful with her knowledge of the finances. A pleasure to work with both of them.

My Experience: I was very impressed with the no pressure sale and how smooth the transaction went all the way through the finance. My salesman was Braulio Rivera which I have bought 8 cars plus from another dealership. I WILL follow him anywhere he would go because of honestly, loyalty, and the way he listens to what I need and want. I was very impressed with Mr. Acosta and Mr Ric Harvatin in finance for the smooth ending. This dealership is very thorough on going over the car to make sure I understood how all features worked and made sure I was happy. Thank you to your whole staff Bryan Honda Fayetteville

Needed a new vehicle after having an accident and my previous car being a total lost. These people and dealership went above and beyond to help me and ensure I left with the vehicle I WANTED. Not like some dealers that is what they think you should have or reccomend. James was awesome and cater all my needs and want both friendly and courteous. Also, Kevin McGirt aswesome guy and got me what I wanted. I came in there with an open previous car loan of my total lost car, bad credit due to my divorce and exhusband adding me as a co-signer to two vehicle he defaulted. They worked with my issues and barriers and got me approved! Awesome clerk at customer service Lynn Duck. She kept followinf up with me to ensure I was serviced by the Honda team! Thank you Honda!
