The Service was very good but This time I was kept too long waiting. I arrived at 10 am and was out by 4:30 pm . That was too long a day to be waiting for service
2024 Toyota RAV4 review
I went from a corolla cross le gas model to a rav 4 hybrid le and there is a major difference in the size and road noise. I love the gas mileage in the rav 4 hybrid. The cabin is very quiet in the rav 4 hybrid. I am glad to recommend the rav 4 hybrid over the corolla cross le gas model.

Made a custom order and had a great experience. Catherine was a big help and was able to answer any questions I had and kept me up to date. I felt like I got a great deal and all the people were friendly. I would recommend using this dealership when looking for another vehicle.
2024 Toyota RAV4 review
I just moved to North Carolina from Illinois and it has not been an easy transition lets just say that. As soon as I pulled into Hendrick Toyota of Apex I was greeted by many smiling faces. Eli and Kristie were helping me as I had an issue with my passenger mirror. Eli explained what I needed to do and Kristie ended up handeling my services that day and got me in and out within the hour just like she said! I will definitely be back!

The service Department is awesome. Erin, Ronnie, and Savannah are always friendly when I arrive for service. I would never take my car anywhere else. Prices are competitive and John Sisson stands behind the work they do. And I will not forget to mention Cindy Crawford. She is the first person you see when entering the dealership. Always stops what she is doing to talk to me. I appreciate that. Can’t wait for my next oil change 😊

Kendall Ford of MeridianReviews
Kendall Ford of Meridian review
I'm on an older adult and I have dealt with my fair share of car. Salesman, over my lifetime, and all the years that I've been buying cars. There's been two car salesmen that had been absolute pleasure to work with. One was at baytown ford in texas and the other one was at kendall ford in idaho in his name is miguel. As a woman, it makes a difference. If your car salesman listens to you and gives you what you're asks for and doesn't try and sell you something that you're not looking for. I knew what I wanted going in down to the motor size. I knew everything I was looking for I had found it online. I knew the exact vehicle I was looking for he didn't have that exact vehicle had sold the day before. But what he did do, what's looking at inventory and find me, one exactly like it honored the price of the other one. And completed the sale really, really, really easy, fantastic. And he is just a absolute pleasure to work with

Honda of Lake CityReviews
Honda of Lake City review
My wife and I live in Jacksonville, so naturally we looked around at the Honda dealerships here. Not finding a positive connection, we looked online and showed interest in a Fit that Lake City had. Not only did they outperform and out price ANY dealer in Jacksonville, they treated us like friends. They didn't sell us a car...they sold us on them. Not only did we buy the car but my family here plans on buying theirs in Lake City as well. Kristen Beran, Omar Austin, and Jonathan S. all made the experience so fantastic that I will NEVER buy a car anywhere else. Thank you guys.

AutoNation Toyota Las VegasReviews
AutoNation Toyota Las Vegas review
I wanted to sell my 2019 Tacoma for a downpayment on another truck. I used resources online so I had an idea what others were offering. I went into Autonation of Las Vegas for a quote to sell my 2019 Tacoma because that is where I serviced my truck and they had information how well I maintained it. I met Don, the acquisition specialist, who inspected the truck and gave me a fair competitive quote. I, also, was able to bring the price up a little. I made an appointment the next day to finalize the sale. It was a very easy and smooth process, just ask what documents will be needed for the appointment. I came in, met with Don, then gave him the required documents, and had a short wait while he prepared the document for signing. Once I signed the documents, he said he would get the check, and gave me my old license plate. I received the check and was off to do errands. No stress once price was negotiated, no sales pitch to buy a car....just only what I came for, to sell my truck. Pleasant experience!

Great Dealership. Top notch associates and great communication and transparency. Have been getting my Toyota serviced there since I purchased it in 2021.

Elk Grove FordReviews
Elk Grove Ford review
Just purchased a 2022 Dodge Laramie 2500 from Elk Grove Ford. Our salesman was Mike (self described as big hairy guy with a hat!!) He was absolutely amazing!! Had everything done and prepared for us, as we were coming from San Diego to purchase. Great dealership..even better customer service, which just isn’t always the case these days sadly. Thank you Mike for an excellent experience at Elk Grove Ford.
