Gurley Leep Honda review
I have been a customer of Gurley Leep for longer than I can remember. In all the years I have been a customer, I have never had the first problem with service or sales. With that said, when I decided to trade in my Accord, I headed to Honda. I was greeted by Trey, who was very knowledgeable and patient as I tried to consider the best car for me. It turned out to be the CRV, Trey negotiated a very fair deal, and I love my car.

Trey Tyler was great to work with. He made the experience less intimidating. My husband and I dreaded coming in, but we had no choice since our lease was about to expire. As my husband said, he would rather go to the dentist than deal with the hassle of an auto dealership. Trey is personable and went out of his way to make us comfortable.

I would like to start this review by thanking Tiara for doing something as simple as “Listening” to me. After visiting several dealers, and being offered products I wasn’t interested in, Tiara turned that experience around meeting with her. Vehicle was clean and ready test drive upon arrival. Customer Service top tier and wish I would have brought my NieceyPooh here last month to purchase her new vehicle. Will definitely spread the word.

I had a fantastic experience working with Ekkas Matharu and the Ziegler Team on our purchase of the New 2027 Honda CR-V Sports L Hybrid. We started by sharing our plan to trade in our old car for another used one. Ekkas was incredibly professional and knowledgeable about the vehicles, and he truly understood our needs. He suggested that we consider getting a brand-new vehicle instead of used ones. He helped us find a great deal on both the car price and financing. Thanks so much, Ekkas, for your excellent service!

My car had a recall that they performed well in the stated time. Additionally they solved 2 other issues I was having with my Brakes and automatic doors. They solved both problems free of charge during the recall repair. Bonus they gave the car a wash at the end of the service. Dave Burris in service is excellent. Always willing to take the time to discuss options and find the best solution.

James, Collin, and their associate in Service and the shuttle driver and cashier were all superb. My problems were a tiny bit tricky but were handled well. I was given good options and am very satisfied with how my car is driving.

The price, oh my gosh!! If everything wasn't so expensive, I could give 5 stars. Collin was extremely helpful and patient with me during the two days of repairs and frustration. All the other employees were also very nice and friendly. They explained everything in a way that I understand and I didn't feel like I was taken advantage of after leaving.
