O'Brien Honda of Bloomington review
About as painless and seamless of an experience as I could have hoped for at a dealership. Jonathan was polite, helpful, and responsive, and I appreciated his assistance every step of the way. Went with a 2026 Honda CR-V Hybrid and it’s already been a huge improvement over my old car. Would recommend :)
2027 Honda CR-V review

O'Brien Honda of Bloomington review
We recently needed a new Honda Pilot and had a great experience working with Jonathan at O’Brien Honda. From the very beginning, he was fast, responsive, and incredibly easy to work with. After we reached out, he found exactly what we were looking for within just a few days. When we arrived to complete the purchase, everything was prepared and ready to go; we were in and out in under an hour. Jonathan made the entire process smooth and stress-free. We highly recommend him to anyone in the market for a vehicle!

I have confidence in the Service area of Bill Kay Honda! The staff know me and I trust them. All the cars in our household were purchased from Bert. We trust him and the service department and feel Honda is a quality product. That is why we continue to come back and refer to people we meet to go to Bill Kay and our has their car from Bert!!! We own a HRV, an Accord and a Civic.

The Honda Superstore of Joliet review
We just purchased a 2018 Honda CRV from the Joliet Honda dealership. We received outstanding service all the way around. Our salesperson was Chris, who was very knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. He explained everything fully and made sure to answer all of our questions. He sat with us in our car and made sure we understood all the features and even gave demonstrations. It was a very pleasant experience and Chris made it low stress!
