Jeff was extremely helpful in helping me understand the workings of the car which a prior salesman had never done. This made me feel comfortable driving off the lot knowing what to expect from my new car. I would definitely use Jeff again.

Stan was an amazing salesman! He was so sweet, genuine, and made the entire car-buying experience easy and stress-free. The whole process was quick and smooth, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience! I would absolutely recommend this location to friends and family, and I would definitely purchase another vehicle from them in the future. Thank you, Stan, for such a great experience!

Great experience with Honda of Salem. We are from the Seattle area. We set out on a out of town trip in our new Honda CRV. We were close to the Portland area when we lost connection with Apple Car Play. We pulled into Honda of Salem unannounced with no appointment. A couple guys from the service department tried to get it up and running but they were unsuccessful. They finally said they were going to get the software expert to look at it. They summoned Mr Philip Pham from the Sales/internet department. Within 30 minutes he had everything reset and working like new. He also explained some of the systems & how they worked on our new car. Actually he explained things far better than our experience up in Seattle. My wife & I would highly recommend this dealership for their knowledge and service experience that we received. Thank You Philip Pham Thank you Honda of Salem
