Rusty Wallace Honda review
Easy experience. Michael McGuiness is a fine salesman, giving me insights on the Civic I didn’t have. When the weather was threatening to turn bad the weekend I was coming to finalize the deal, they had a driver deliver my car to my work 190 miles away ! Now that’s service. My only complaint was no manual in glovebox, but if the dealership can’t find one, Honda will send one free. Would DEFINITELY recommend.

AutoNation Honda West KnoxvilleReviews
AutoNation Honda West Knoxville review
I contacted the dealership service center to help me with my car after dealing with a problem with my starter for longer than I should have. One young man treated me with kindness, respect and compassion. I had already dealt with others who treated me like I was "just a stupid woman." He listened and was quick to come up with a solution. He made sure I was taken care of through the entire process. He gave me his business card, texted me all the information needed and made sure everything was taken care of. They provided me with a loaner car to use while my car was being repaired. When I came back to get my car after it was repaired, Gus recognized me immediately and was quick to help me. I have my car back and now hopefully don't have to worry if my car will start every day anymore. 1st time doing hard car things on my own after the end of my marriage. Where others were not kind, this young man showed me that not all service centers have to be scary and that sometimes a simple gesture of kindness can help me do the hard things. I will return to their service center for future needs and will be sure to ask for Gus!

AutoNation Honda West Knoxville review
I used cars.com buying service and was greeted by 3 dealerships but chose AutoNation Honda. The process of the service was very easy to use and understand. Salesman, Jamal Walters, reached out and made an appointment for Saturday, and Jamal was waiting when we showed up with the cars, we were interested ready to view. we took a test drive and started process of figures, then trade-in values. No waste of valuable time. Returned on Monday to consummate purchase. Brain our finance mgr., was also easy to deal with and tailored products what we needed. If you want a Honda, run to AutoNation and ask for Jamal!

Very easy transaction. Fair pricing. Test drive. Inspected the car on a lift. One series of offers. Done. Wrote a check for the sale. Detailed and later in the day they drove the vehicle to my house.
