Start to finish, this was the best auto purchasing experience I've ever had! From researching the available options online beforehand, filling out the pre-approval paperwork on the Lee Honda website, booking an appointment via James, meeting with Scott Lessard on the sales floor, to signing the paperwork with Sarah Pike, this was an awesome and easy way to buy the car I love - my family is so grateful! Thank you so much to the team at Lee Honda! You rock!

Berlin City Honda of Portland review
I had a wonderful experience working with Joe. We had some hiccups last time, due to me not asking questions I should have. This time around Joe made sure it was absolutely perfect for me. He knew exactly what I wanted and worked hard to get me a price that was in my budget. It took three appointments but he was more than happy to the time and get it done for me. Usually waiting to sign papers can be a process he told me 2 hours and it was 2 hours. I’m so happy with how everything worked out!

Got my oil changed and tires rotated. Advisor explained what was covered under my service plan and was very friendly. (Next time I purchase a vehicle; I will get paperwork re: the plan.) Steve washed my vehicle for me and saved me from going to the car wash which I needed to do. He is the sweetest person! All at no cost to me. If I had a suggestion for the waiting area; for the love of God; please replace the shoddy broken massage chair. I?ve been going to Honda/Group One for decades and it seems to have been busted for at least four of those years. Ish. If not; get rid of the sign that offers a complimentary massage while waiting. It would give a much more professional look. ;)

I went in for a required oil change. A very sharp eyed technician noticed that I didn't have many miles on my truck. He said I'd loose out on my 10,000 mile warranty & I should do the required maintenance now. I took his advice!! Very grateful & happy!
