I had my crv recently serviced, bought new from Valley Honda last year, had a few issues and they all took care of it, when the initial work did not fix the problem, they gladly took it back, they offered me a loaner and even delivered the car back to my home once it was finished since I live about an hr away, they even inspected the brakes and found something wrong it and fixed that as well!
