I just purchased my first Honda. I was referred to Piazza of Springfield by a friend and he highly recommended speaking with Frank Crinite. I entered the showroom and was instantly greeted by another gentleman named Frank who quickly introduced me to Frank Crinite. I was originally interested in the CR-V, but quickly realized it was not what I needed. Although a great ride, it wasn’t the space I was looking for with a family of five. I had been looking at car from another manufacturer and was ready to leave and go to the dealership where that car was when Frank pointed out a car on the showroom floor and said “how about this one?” I said it was more than I wanted to spend and he said not if I leased it. However, due to my driving habits, leasing has always been out of the question. Until now! Frank was able to get me into a lease with the mileage I needed and a price I couldn’t beat. I came back two days later with my husband and signed the paperwork. I’m now the owner of a Honda Prologue and I am loving it! There was a small hiccup that was dealt with efficiently and swiftly. I appreciated their effort in making it right and putting the customer first. Everyone from the business side to the sales were a pleasure to work with. I may be a Honda driver for life now. Thank you to Frank for being a great salesman. He was never pushy and it felt more like friends chatting than the normal interaction I’ve had at car dealerships. I came to Piazza Honda soon after buying my car used from another dealership. The other dealer, who shall remain anonymous, sold me an Insight that was burning oil to depletion every 200 miles. I did not know this until after the 30-day warranty had passed by two days! I came to Piazza because it's a local Honda dealer for me, and their service team helped me without reservations. Their managers and staff were wonderful toward ensuring that my car would be taken care of, despite the fact that I had purchased my car outside their dealership. Piazza rebuilt my engine and the car has been running great almost 4 months later! I will be coming to Piazza for future oil changes and routine maintenance. Omg I don’t know where to start! I came in knowing that or thought that I was not going to be able to get a car because of my credit. How about I let with the exact color and model and it’s fully loaded couldn’t have be happier. I had to leave the best for last Tom is the man he is funny but about his business.
