You were able to get me the exact car that I was looking for when other dealers just tried to get me to buy something else. There were a few delays, but were not the fault of the dealership - throughout the delays, communication was always there to keep me informed of what was going on.

I always receive great service at Zeigler and wouldn’t take my Pilot anywhere else. The service staff are knowledgeable and caring - and keep you informed as the work is being done on your vehicle. The sales floor staff are friendly and attentive, and make sure they put you in to the vehicle that best fits your needs. My next purchase will definitely be with Zeigler!!
2027 Honda HR-V review
I went from a 2017 Honda HR V with 113,000 miles to a 2027 Honda HR V with 7 miles and I love it! I hated to say good bye to my 2017, but when they offered me $7,000.00 on a trade in, I decided I had gotten my money's worth out of my first one and it was time to upgrade. I went with a black exterior and a black leather interior so that I could have the sun roof. Nothing better than turning on the heated seats and opening the sun roof on a sunny 40 degree day in January. This model is a bit bigger and I appreciate the extra size. I loved my 2017 and I really love my 2027!

Muller Honda of GurneeReviews
Muller Honda of Gurnee review
I just purchased my 6th Honda--and my 3rd from Muller Honda--and once again, the experience was absolutely exceptional. At this point, I truly wouldn't go anywhere else. Andrew Tomlinson, the General Sales Manager, continues to set the gold standard for customer service. This is now the third time I've worked with Andrew, and every single experience has been seamless, professional, and stress-free. He worked hard to get me an amazing deal on my brand new CR-V and, as always, made me feel like a genuinely valued returning customer rather than just another sale. It's rare to find someone in leadership who is this hands-on, responsive, and truly invested in making sure everything goes perfectly. A huge thank you as well to Jason Larson, my sales consultant this time around, who was fantastic from start to finish. Jason was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly easy to work with. He made the entire process smooth, enjoyable, and completely pressure-free. And I have to give a very special shoutout to Ivan, who I actually worked with previously as my sales consultant when purchasing another vehicle, so it was wonderful to see that he's since earned a promotion into finance--which is incredibly well deserved! It says a lot about Muller Honda that they recognize and promote great people, and Ivan continues to be one of them. Last time, I completed everything ahead of time, but this time I actually completed my credit application in the dealership, and even with that, Ivan had my finance paperwork completed in only about 30 minutes. He made what is usually the most stressful and time-consuming part of buying a car feel effortless, transparent, and efficient. From the moment I walked in to the moment I drove away in my beautiful new CR-V, I was in and out in under 2 hours, which honestly feels unheard of when purchasing a vehicle. After purchasing 6 Hondas total and working with dealerships in different places over the years, I can confidently say that Muller Honda continues to be in a league of its own. Andrew, Jason, and Ivan made an incredible team, and the level of professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care they provide is exactly why I continue to come back. If you're looking for a dealership that respects your time, works hard to get you a great deal, treats you honestly, and actually makes buying a car enjoyable, Muller Honda is the place to go. Andrew, Jason, and Ivan are truly an exceptional team. Here's to Honda #7 someday!

On Friday morning, I had problems with all my lights on the dashboard flashing, I made a call to Honda and my favorite young salesman Prince Jones answer got me in at 1:00 to check it out and gave me good news that it must of been a glitch. I brought my car from Honda in Racine and this is where I get my service from. Thank you Prince and Honda service for all you do to make your customer smile.
