My son referred me to Victory Honda in Muncie IN and introduced me to Steve Robert's. He did an amazing job made me feel very good about my purchase. He didn't try to sell me something I didn't like or be pushy. He was honest and got me in the vehicle I absolutely love. Thank you Steve!

Austin Stinson at victory Honda, was funny kind, and made my choice to buy a car from him a no brainer. He made sure, that I was comfortable in the car and gave me the best deal he could. Would 100% recommend purchasing from him. He helped make sure that the car was detailed and everything was working properly before I left the lot.

Terrific from top to bottom. Lisa Clark was amazing on getting the job taken care of on the administrative side and the crew there did a fantastic job on fixing my car. Video from the inspection on the damage by a fast in and out oil change place, the one where you stay in your car, and Tom Woods's team fix their terrible mistakes. Thank you to your team for getting me back out there. My wife and I are so impressed, and as avid honda owners, will now be taking our business there. Fatastuc from top to bottom.

I purchased my Honda CRV Sport Touring Hybrid from Tom Wood Honda- Anderson. Like many, I’m very busy, limited time and Justin Crenshaw listened to what I wanted, my time constraints and navigated me through the process- using links and online tools to keep me moving through the process. I appreciate him caring about where I was and what I needed to balance this transaction and my work schedule. I came all the way feom the south side of Indy to work with Tom Wood Honda. I knew the mdl and trim package I wanted but was having problems finding it in Indy. Justin had 1!! He allowed me to hold it with a deposit and I would be able to close on my next available time. Nikki was great as well and I really enjoyed the finance portion of my deal. She was knowledgeable, patient when I wanted to check the math :) etc!!! Awesome experience!

Tom Wood Honda review
I had a very positive experience working with Justin on the purchase of my new Honda CR-V. I had been searching for quite a while and this dealership was the only one that had exactly what I was looking for, with two vehicles that matched my criteria. Since I live about an hour away, Justin took the time to FaceTime me and walk me through both vehicles, giving me an honest look at each one and answering my questions without any pressure. That gave me the confidence to make the drive to Anderson, and he held the vehicle until I arrived. Once I got there, we drove both CR-Vs. Even though they were the same model and equipped very similarly, they each had their own feel. Justin listened to what I was noticing during the test drives and reinforced my own impressions rather than trying to steer me toward one. He gave me the information I needed to make the decision that was right for me, and I never felt pressured. The dealership also matched a very competitive trade-in offer I had received elsewhere, which I really appreciated. The paperwork process was not as enjoyable because of the expected presentation of extended warranties and other add-on products, but that was only a small part of the overall experience. I have purchased many vehicles over the years, and I can honestly say Justin's approach ranks among the best sales experiences I've had. If you are in the market for a Honda, I highly recommend asking for Justin. His honesty, professionalism, and customer-focused approach made what is often a stressful process much easier. I am very happy with my new CR-V.

Tom Wood Honda review
I recently purchased a 2019 Ford Focus from Tom Wood Honda for my granddaughter, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. I especially want to thank Trace Jones, who was absolutely fantastic to work with. Trace was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and never made us feel pressured. He took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure we were comfortable with the car and the purchase. You can tell that Trace genuinely cares about his customers and wants them to have a great experience. Buying a car for my granddaughter was an important decision, and Trace made the process easy and stress-free. We are very happy with the 2019 Ford Focus, and I feel good knowing we had such a positive experience at Tom Wood Honda. I would highly recommend Trace Jones and Tom Wood Honda to anyone looking for a vehicle and a salesperson they can trust. Thank you, Trace, for going above and beyond!

Great Lakes Honda of Fishers review
Janae was extremely helpful and very pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommended her to sales customers.
2027 Honda HR-V review
I went from a 2017 Honda HR V with 113,000 miles to a 2027 Honda HR V with 7 miles and I love it! I hated to say good bye to my 2017, but when they offered me $7,000.00 on a trade in, I decided I had gotten my money's worth out of my first one and it was time to upgrade. I went with a black exterior and a black leather interior so that I could have the sun roof. Nothing better than turning on the heated seats and opening the sun roof on a sunny 40 degree day in January. This model is a bit bigger and I appreciate the extra size. I loved my 2017 and I really love my 2027!
