A couple of days ago I went to Morganton Honda and left with a new 2025 Honda Ridgeline truck. It was the best car buying experience I've ever had. Good people, efficient service, fair prices, and good trade-in value all combined to make my experience great. They've gotten a new long term customer in me!

Forest City Honda review
I recently had the pleasure of working with Naeem Lusk while purchasing my vehicle, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. From the moment I walked in, he was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive without ever being pushy. Naeem Lusk took the time to understand what I was looking for and provided several great options within my budget. He was transparent throughout the process, answered all my questions with clarity, and made sure I felt comfortable with each step. The entire transaction was smooth and efficient—from test driving to paperwork to delivery. What stood out most was his genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. I truly felt like I was in good hands. I highly recommend Naeem Lusk to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle. Excellent service from start to finish! ***Naeem Lusk stated he was only here for the sale, I suggest keeping him on full-time, as my experience was superb***

Been in talks about changing out my vehicle that I got originally from Forest City Honda. Haven’t made it yet due to my schedule. I would say that Mindy has been very helpful and a joy to be in communication with. Very patient and kind. Can’t wait to officially meet her and close a deal. Keep her. The energy is amazing

Forest City Honda review
(This was awhile ago) A gift, thinking of how amazing they served us in comparison to what we got at Apple Tree Honda could make me cry. Apple Tree Honda sent my wife with a recall without repairing it and it could have lit my pregnant wife's car on fire. Forrest City, didn't skip a beat, they saw it and did it and no questions asked and didn't try to up-sell me anything. They kindly, quickly, and without any hassle fixed my wife's car and charged us nothing as they were suppose to. My wifes car had already started smoking but Apple tree sent her away, after holding the car a long time and doing nothing and being very unresponsive. GO TO FORREST CITY HONDA FOR TRUSTWORTHY HUMANE STAFF- WORTH AN HOUR DRIVE!
2027 Honda HR-V review
I went from a 2017 Honda HR V with 113,000 miles to a 2027 Honda HR V with 7 miles and I love it! I hated to say good bye to my 2017, but when they offered me $7,000.00 on a trade in, I decided I had gotten my money's worth out of my first one and it was time to upgrade. I went with a black exterior and a black leather interior so that I could have the sun roof. Nothing better than turning on the heated seats and opening the sun roof on a sunny 40 degree day in January. This model is a bit bigger and I appreciate the extra size. I loved my 2017 and I really love my 2027!

I found the Service Manager to be very honest and straight forward. The team went the extra mile to ensure my truck was properly diagnosed and repaired to my expectations.

Spartanburg HondaReviews
Spartanburg Honda review
I have had many car buying experiences over the years. I’ve had good ones, bad ones, up to ones that were total nightmares, like showing up and having the dealership tell me, after a 30-minute delay, that the vehicle we had agreed that I was to test drive had been destroyed in a fire. Certainly a creative twist on the bait and switch sales tactic. That being said,. Let’s talk about Spartanburg Honda. I don’t think I’ve ever had a delightful car buying experience in my life (and I was born in the 1960s). That’s exactly the kind of experience I had at Spartanburg Honda. A delightful one! I arrived at the appointed time and the vehicle that I wanted to test drive was ready to go. Tommy McGaha was my sales consultant. Things went smoothly from test drive, to negotiating, to writing up the contract. There were no high pressure sales tactics or tricks or traps In the process. They disclosed everything about the vehicle and gave me a copy of the Carfax report. They even let me take the (used) vehicle offsite to get a third-party inspection. (The Carfax report showed that the vehicle had been in a rear-end accident requiring it to be towed which is why I wanted the third-party inspection. The car checked out fine and the third-party inspection gave me peace of mind I needed to close the deal.) Thomas Hawkins then wrote up the loan and finalized the deal. He offered me optional protection packages that provided real value. Again, no xx, no phony dealer installed options or made up fees. Tommy and Thomas were knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and kind. I couldn’t have asked for anything more. I would add that I got a fair price on a good vehicle, and they worked with me on my trade.
