This was our first experience with Penske Honda. We had a very pleasant buying experience. The trade in was fair and our sales associate was kind and respectful with no high pressure selling techniques. The whole process went relatively quickly for buying a car. Looking forward to trying out the service department for the routine service. We would definitely recommend the dealership and our sales associate, Adrian.

Tom Wood Honda review
I purchased my Honda CRV Sport Touring Hybrid from Tom Wood Honda- Anderson. Like many, I’m very busy, limited time and Justin Crenshaw listened to what I wanted, my time constraints and navigated me through the process- using links and online tools to keep me moving through the process. I appreciate him caring about where I was and what I needed to balance this transaction and my work schedule. I came all the way feom the south side of Indy to work with Tom Wood Honda. I knew the mdl and trim package I wanted but was having problems finding it in Indy. Justin had 1!! He allowed me to hold it with a deposit and I would be able to close on my next available time. Nikki was great as well and I really enjoyed the finance portion of my deal. She was knowledgeable, patient when I wanted to check the math :) etc!!! Awesome experience!

I recently purchased a 2019 Ford Focus from Tom Wood Honda for my granddaughter, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. I especially want to thank Trace Jones, who was absolutely fantastic to work with. Trace was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and never made us feel pressured. He took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure we were comfortable with the car and the purchase. You can tell that Trace genuinely cares about his customers and wants them to have a great experience. Buying a car for my granddaughter was an important decision, and Trace made the process easy and stress-free. We are very happy with the 2019 Ford Focus, and I feel good knowing we had such a positive experience at Tom Wood Honda. I would highly recommend Trace Jones and Tom Wood Honda to anyone looking for a vehicle and a salesperson they can trust. Thank you, Trace, for going above and beyond!

Tom Wood Honda review
I had a very positive experience working with Justin on the purchase of my new Honda CR-V. I had been searching for quite a while and this dealership was the only one that had exactly what I was looking for, with two vehicles that matched my criteria. Since I live about an hour away, Justin took the time to FaceTime me and walk me through both vehicles, giving me an honest look at each one and answering my questions without any pressure. That gave me the confidence to make the drive to Anderson, and he held the vehicle until I arrived. Once I got there, we drove both CR-Vs. Even though they were the same model and equipped very similarly, they each had their own feel. Justin listened to what I was noticing during the test drives and reinforced my own impressions rather than trying to steer me toward one. He gave me the information I needed to make the decision that was right for me, and I never felt pressured. The dealership also matched a very competitive trade-in offer I had received elsewhere, which I really appreciated. The paperwork process was not as enjoyable because of the expected presentation of extended warranties and other add-on products, but that was only a small part of the overall experience. I have purchased many vehicles over the years, and I can honestly say Justin's approach ranks among the best sales experiences I've had. If you are in the market for a Honda, I highly recommend asking for Justin. His honesty, professionalism, and customer-focused approach made what is often a stressful process much easier. I am very happy with my new CR-V.

Ed Martin Honda review
Bought a 2022 Honda Civic Sport for my nephew. It was one of the best car buying experiences I’ve ever had. My nephew totaled his 2020 Hyundai Kona and said he’d like a Honda Civic. I had the pleasure of working with Rob Agee who couldn’t be more helpful or nice along with his manager Shelly. Rob has been with this dealership since 2009 and Shelly for 32 years. I own a funeral home and have purchased numerous cars through the years and never have I had this level of service. Lockhart Cadillac needs to take note. I let them know that I wanted to purchase a car for my nephews Christmas present. When we picked up the car, they had it in the show room with a big green bow on it. Made my nephew feel important and really rolled out the red carpet for us. They are first class people who know their product. In all the years I’ve bought Cadillacs, I rarely find the same salesperson when I go back. Ed Martin must take care of their people as Rob and Shelly both have many years at this dealership. If service is as good as the sales experience, I’ll be repeat customer many times over. Thank you Rob, Shelly and Ed Martin!

Janae was extremely helpful and very pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommended her to sales customers.
2027 Honda HR-V review
I went from a 2017 Honda HR V with 113,000 miles to a 2027 Honda HR V with 7 miles and I love it! I hated to say good bye to my 2017, but when they offered me $7,000.00 on a trade in, I decided I had gotten my money's worth out of my first one and it was time to upgrade. I went with a black exterior and a black leather interior so that I could have the sun roof. Nothing better than turning on the heated seats and opening the sun roof on a sunny 40 degree day in January. This model is a bit bigger and I appreciate the extra size. I loved my 2017 and I really love my 2027!

Bought a 2011 Honda Element with 4WD. I spotted the internet listing and immediately contacted the dealership. After reviewing the CARFAX report, I made a quick decision to buy the vehicle for the full asking price and paid a large deposit by credit card. I was comfortable buying the car without seeing it or driving it since the seller was a Honda dealership- I knew the car would be inspected and serviced by the dealership before it was put on the market.

The Honda Superstore of Joliet review
I don’t buy for this dealer (due to distance) however had great communication, straight forward pricing, and even suggestions from Abigail! Abigail is prompt in her response! Would contact her and this dealer again in the future!

The Honda Superstore of Joliet review
I just bought an accord from the Honda Superstore. Overall a smooth buying process. The car is great as stated. Highly recommended for buying a new or a used car.
