The best dealership In town. ( HANDS DOWN ) I had an issue they fixed it went way above the call. All the way from the sells guy Jason to the general manager Mr ONDRE as well as the service guys and service manager. I would like to also thanks the Wallace family themselves. They have the best prices here best customer service here anything you need to take care of it. if you have another vehicle, still bring it here, they'll take care of it. Tin Tran is the kind of service adviser every dealership should be proud to have. He’s helped me on multiple visits with thoughtful updates, prompt follow-ups, and has always taken the time to point out any coupons or specials that could help me out—even when I didn’t know to ask. What really sets Tin apart is his integrity. I’ve never felt pressured or upsold—just supported by someone who genuinely cares and wants the best outcome for his customers. That kind of trust and consistency means a lot. He’s gone above and beyond every single time, and both Rusty Wallis Honda and I are truly lucky to have him.

Omar, our sales rep, was helpful, responsive, personable and very professional in our dealings. Dylan, our F&I rep, was very pleasant to deal with. From walking in the door to buy the car to driving away took just over an hour. Our second great experience buying a new Passport from Kute Riley Honda!

Lute Riley Honda review
I had an outstanding experience buying my new Honda from Lute Riley Honda. From start to finish, the entire process was easy, transparent, and stress free. Even though everything was handled remotely, the team kept me informed every step of the way and made the entire buying experience seamless. With our schedules, home delivery was the easiest option, and it couldn’t have gone more smoothly. Josh personally delivered my new Honda, and his level of customer service was exceptional. He didn’t just drop off the keys and leave. Despite the Texas heat, he took the time to patiently walk me through all of the technogy and features, making sure I was comfortable with everything before he left. I never felt rushed and he genuinely wanted to make sure I had a great experience. It’s rare to find this level of care and professionalism any more. Josh went above and beyond, and because of him, this was one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. If you’re looking for a dealership that values transparency and truly takes care of its customers, I highly recommend Lute Riley Honda. Five stars and ask for Josh.

I Bought a new car there and didn't even have to come to the dealer. They were very helpful. I Would definitely do business there again.
2027 Honda HR-V review
I went from a 2017 Honda HR V with 113,000 miles to a 2027 Honda HR V with 7 miles and I love it! I hated to say good bye to my 2017, but when they offered me $7,000.00 on a trade in, I decided I had gotten my money's worth out of my first one and it was time to upgrade. I went with a black exterior and a black leather interior so that I could have the sun roof. Nothing better than turning on the heated seats and opening the sun roof on a sunny 40 degree day in January. This model is a bit bigger and I appreciate the extra size. I loved my 2017 and I really love my 2027!
