AutoNation Honda 385 review
Everyone at AutoNation Honda 385 was terrific to work with! They didn't have the car I wanted on the lot, so they found one and had it delivered. They kept me up to date throughout the whole process, and they were really kind, transparent, and honest. Jamil especially went above and beyond. I'm grateful to him and to the entire team for working so hard to get me into the car I wanted!

AutoNation Honda 385 review
Another amazing appointment thanks to KB, Lane, and the Service technicians! The appointment was for my car’s second service, and prior to the service, KB and Lane thoroughly explained what services would be performed. During my visit, we discussed the open service bulletins and recalls and subsequently scheduled a follow up appointment to address one of them the following week. I will continue to have my car serviced at AutoNation Honda 385 and will always recommend Lane and his team to anyone I know who owns a Honda.

AutoNation Honda Covington Pike review
I had a great experience at AutoNation Honda purchasing my Chrysler Pacifica. The entire process was quick, easy, and stress-free. The staff was friendly, professional, and made everything simple from start to finish. They answered all of my questions and got me in and out much faster than I expected. If you?re looking for a smooth car-buying experience, I highly recommend AutoNation Honda!
2027 Honda HR-V review
I went from a 2017 Honda HR V with 113,000 miles to a 2027 Honda HR V with 7 miles and I love it! I hated to say good bye to my 2017, but when they offered me $7,000.00 on a trade in, I decided I had gotten my money's worth out of my first one and it was time to upgrade. I went with a black exterior and a black leather interior so that I could have the sun roof. Nothing better than turning on the heated seats and opening the sun roof on a sunny 40 degree day in January. This model is a bit bigger and I appreciate the extra size. I loved my 2017 and I really love my 2027!

Wolfchase Honda review
On Good Friday afternoon, as I was coming into Collierville/Piperton area to visit my brother and sister-in-law, my engine light came on (again) and I had to get my 2011 Honda Odyssey to a Honda dealership. I called the Wolfchase Honda dealership nearby in Bartlett and told Dexter (service advisor) what was going on (it was a known issue with the pistons & rings leaking oil around the seal and fouling out spark plugs-P0303 code). I had my elderly parents with me whom I was driving as far as Dallas, TX, and then, had to be back in Murfreesboro by Monday evening due to an appointment I couldn't miss on Tuesday. After dropping the van off to be diagnosed by the technician/mechanic, Dexter called me back to let me know that it was the issue involving the pistons and rings, etc., and with his technician on the phone with him and me, told me they would do their best to have it ready by Monday (latest, Tuesday due to being Easter weekend). Well, after driving to and from Dallas over the weekend, Dexter called me on Monday morning by 11 a.m. to tell me his technician had worked on it Friday for awhile, come in Saturday and worked on it to get the bulk of the work done and finished Monday morning so I could get home that afternoon!! I want to commend and thank Dexter and the technician (Joey Schaffer??) for their empathy and wonderful service to get me on the road back home (after more than a week of being on the road)! I know the Lord was in all the details last weekend!! Dexter and Joey deserve praise and a RAISE for being so kind!
