Wilde Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram review
Dealt with Ryan in Sales and Jeana in financing. Two of the best people I've ever worked with. Ryan went well above and beyond trying to make my experience pleasurable. He is the hardest, most sincere salesperson I've ever had the privilege of dealing with. I wish all sales people had his character and work ethic! Jeana was an absolute sweetheart in financial. She didn't try to sell me anything extra, just the basics to keep me covered. You can tell she loves just helping people get only what they need. High quality character and an absolute pleasure to "work" with!

Wilde Honda review
We are from the Fox Valley and have purchased a few vehicles from Wilde in the past and are willing to take the drive because of the excellent experience we receive and this time was no different. Paul Basile met us as soon as we got out of our vehicle (it was Labor day weekend so it was crazy busy) and we are glad he chose us. He was extremely knowledgable on the Ridgelines which was exactly what we came for. He didn’t waste our time, gave us options and got us test driving quickly. We found ‘the one’ that was right for us. Paul made sure we had everything we needed and was great to chat with while waiting for finance to do their thing. I highly recommend working with Paul!

I stopped in for a quick oil change and tire rotation. This is not my norm but due to pace of life oh well. They under promised and over delivered. Great job!
2024 Honda Odyssey review
Great car but serious security issues exist with the HondaLink app. Since I purchased the car over 2 months ago, I have been connected to someone else’s car. I can see their location, start their car, unlock and lock their car any time I please. I have confirmed this by doing a google search for their address and making personal contact with them since Honda said there was no way their system was functioning this way, so I had to spend time proving to them that indeed it does. Honda has been aware of this for 2 months and thus far has done nothing about it. I call them weekly or more often than that and yet still they do nothing about it.

Schlossmann Honda CityReviews
Schlossmann Honda City review
I took my son’s truck in for an oil change and a recall repair. Evan had done a good job up until the recall fix. I had to wait on parts even though this was scheduled two months earlier. I had no problem waiting a day. Then Evan called me and told me they would need another day. I told him that is unacceptable and that I would need a loaner vehicle. At that point Evan sent a driver to pick me up because I didn’t expect to be without a vehicle for that long. While picking up the loaner I stopped by Jhun who is another advisor I've worked with in the past. He said he would look into the matter for me and see if he could pull some strings to get it finished that day. So i took the loaner home and a few hours later, to my surprise Jhun said it was done. I appreciate Jhun for escalating the issue and getting my vehicle finished. At that point I felt like they cared about my business. Jhun made me feel heard and valued. I appreciate Jhun for stepping in and correcting the issue. All four of my vehicles are serviced there and will continue to be. Thank you Jhun and Evan.

On Friday morning, I had problems with all my lights on the dashboard flashing, I made a call to Honda and my favorite young salesman Prince Jones answer got me in at 1:00 to check it out and gave me good news that it must of been a glitch. I brought my car from Honda in Racine and this is where I get my service from. Thank you Prince and Honda service for all you do to make your customer smile.

We just purchased a 2018 Honda CRV from the Joliet Honda dealership. We received outstanding service all the way around. Our salesperson was Chris, who was very knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. He explained everything fully and made sure to answer all of our questions. He sat with us in our car and made sure we understood all the features and even gave demonstrations. It was a very pleasant experience and Chris made it low stress!
