My truck maintenance was handled promptly with professionalism. When I went to pay for the service however, they wanted an additional 28$ on a 1K bill to use a credit card. A debit wouldn't incur this fee. This seems like usury and seems over the top.

The entire process was super easy, I received all the information I requested in a timely manner, and the communication was consistent with absolutely no runaround. I was offered an amazing deal that honestly felt too good to be true. I decided to hold off at first, but John, the General Sales Manager, stepped in and provided clear details and reassurance that the offer was legitimate. He then had Enver, one of his sales managers, take over to make sure everything went through exactly as promised.
