Germain Honda of Surprise is a very nice dealership. The people that work there are FANTASTIC! From the second we entered the dealership, the staff was very welcoming and friendly. Our salesperson was knowledgeable and helpful. He explained every step of the sales process and patient with all our questions. Never feeling rushed. Bought a Civic Si for my 16 yr old. Everyone at this dealership didn't try to oversell me. I visited other dealers who tried to sell me add-ons like tinted windows or $500 for UV protection where I'd have to come back to them every 6 mo. I got a fair price without being nickel and dimed. There were no games. Even Finance just offered an extended warranty without hard selling. Very happy with my experience. I managed service professionals for 30 years in Investment Banking and these guys treated my like I want my mom treated.

On Friday morning, I had problems with all my lights on the dashboard flashing, I made a call to Honda and my favorite young salesman Prince Jones answer got me in at 1:00 to check it out and gave me good news that it must of been a glitch. I brought my car from Honda in Racine and this is where I get my service from. Thank you Prince and Honda service for all you do to make your customer smile.

AutoNation Honda ChandlerReviews
AutoNation Honda Chandler review
My wife Adriana and I recently purchased a 2019 Honda Pilot from AutoNation Honda Chandler, and although our experience had a few bumps along the way, we genuinely appreciate the effort their team put into making things right. I initially spoke with Andrew on Friday, and when we arrived on Saturday, Isaac stepped in and helped us through the purchasing process. We appreciated his time and assistance. We traveled from Sierra Vista expecting to bring the Pilot home, but unfortunately, there were several mechanical and cosmetic concerns that still needed attention. This meant leaving the vehicle at the dealership and eventually making another trip to the Phoenix area to pick it up, which was a little frustrating considering the distance. However, we really appreciated that the dealership provided us with a loaner vehicle while our Pilot was being worked on. That was a thoughtful gesture that made the situation much easier. Their service department also put considerable time and effort into addressing nearly everything they had agreed to fix, including some significant repairs. Of course, we wish the vehicle had been fully prepared before our purchase, and clearer communication along the way would have made the experience smoother. But we also believe it's important to recognize when a business makes a genuine effort to address concerns. We've had our Pilot home for a few days now, and we're happy with our purchase! We're grateful to Andrew, Isaac, and the service team for their help and for the work that went into getting everything taken care of. Thank you, AutoNation Honda Chandler! We appreciate your efforts and look forward to making many good memories with our Pilot.

My wife and I traded in our 2015 Honda Accord for a GMC Sierra and it was one of the best experiences that I've had in a long time. Our Salesperson Kenny Melville was exceptional. No pressure. Listen to our needs and addressed them during the purchase process. The Paul, the Sales Manager ensured that our needs were being taken care of and was just a great person. David Fields in Finance was fantastic. We received honest information and never felt PRESSURED> This was a great purchasing experience. We were in and out in just under 2 hours. The paperwork most of the time, but we understand the process

Jeff was my Sales Rep this time and he was professional, knowledgeable, and took great care in securing the vehicle I really wanted and at the price I wanted. Once again, I am pleased with the process (quick and easy) and with the efficiency Jeff and Sam (Financing) provided. Great work everyone and I'm proud to be a member of this fantastic Honda family!

Honda of Superstition Springs review
Words can’t express how efficient my experience at Honda at Superstition Springs was after taking a lengthy break from this location and going elsewhere for my car services. For the BEST service and care, please ask for Dakota! He is a veteran in the business, yet very humble, kind and willing to give you the best service for your vehicle with ultimate transparency. Also if you need to utilize Honda’s shuttle service, Mike will take good care of you. For reference, I brought in my 2015 Honda Fit in for a A/C flush & charge along with an oil change. Thank you Dakota, I am now a devoted Honda at Superstition Springs customer once again!

I found a nice looking vehicle and bought it sight unseen after speaking with John Sims. It turned out to be a great vehicle. The price was as listed and there were no difficulties or upselling attempts.
