Our 2012 Dodge developed a couple of "hiccups" right after we bought it- Russ, Mitchell and the staff went over and above to make sure all was taken care of and that we were happy with our purchase. They not only carry extremely clean cars, but genuinely seem to care about their customers and take pride in their product. Refreshing to find this kind of service. Will definitely be back.
My husband and I went to this dealership to test drive a Buick Encore. I was interested in a small SUV/cross over vehicle since I sometimes commute long distances for work. I did not anticipate purchasing a vehicle that particular day, I just wanted to test drive it so I can have some options. As we arrived at the dealership, we were promptly greeted by salesman Anthony Gioia. He was very understanding of the fact that we were just test driving a vehicle to narrow down our options. He asked us specific questions about what we were interested in and he showed us the Encore. I instantly fell in love with the vehicle and all its perks. Anthony was not a typical salesman. He didn't force the issue about trying to make a sale. He treated us like we had been long lost friends that were reconnecting. The entire experience was something that I didn't nor would expect from a dealership and it was so relaxing that we decided to purchase the vehicle right there on the spot. I would definately recommend going to Coggin Buick of Orange Park and asking for Anthony Gioia for all your purchasing needs. He is a great guy and treats you like family.
