I've been a Honda customer since 2001 when I bought my first dark green Honda Civic. I had it for 18 years and decided it was time to turn it in. I set up a lease for my first Honda HRV and drove 3 of them until 2026. On May 25, 2026, I came in to turn in my lease and get a preowned 2015 CRV. Muhammad Waqas spoke with me and was the most hospitable, kind, and professional sales person. He was very kind to my husband who is in his last stage of dementia. That kindness scores big points with me all the time. Muhammad answered every question I had and was very thorough throughout the process. My wife and I went this past weekend to the Lute Riley Dealership to look for a CPO Honda Odyssey. Prior to arriving at the dealership they were very friendly over the phone to help coordinate the test drive and negotiate the price prior to us arriving. This helped streamline the process when there. Shoutout to Mo our salesman who helped answer all of our questions and needs when looking at the vehicle. His level of care, attention to detail, and willingness to help was fantastic. Overall, we had a great and smooth experience at the dealership, the whole team was friendly and helpful, and all seemed to be passionate about Honda. Only negative was that the whole paperwork process still required us to wait 3 hours even though we had the price figured out, but that seems to be the norm at any dealership. Would recommend if you want a good deal on a CPO Honda in the Dallas area and what to get top level of service as you go through your car buying experience.

2026 Honda Pilot review
Best family car I’ve ever owned. The interior design feels really modern and comfortable, and I love all the dashboard features and technology. It has a sporty feel while still being smooth and roomy for the whole family. Definitely one of the most comfortable SUVs I’ve driven.
