This week, at Regal Lakeland, I had a commendable buying experience thanks to an exceptional salesman, Victor Estrada. His integrity, relatability, and advocacy resulted in my wife getting the exact car she wanted at a very fair price. After test driving this specific Honda CRV model at 4 other dealerships, I was getting annoyed at hearing the same sales tactics and cliches over and over again. By contrast, it was refreshing to meet Victor when my wife and I walked into his office. He was a good listener and paid close attention to my wife's priorities before her test drive. He was also patient in explaining, in layman's terms, some of the advanced safety features this car was equipped with. She was impressed with this CPO car. Victor was able to secure a fair price on a fine vehicle that should last for years. Regal Lakeland will be my first stop when replacing my vehicle next year. I want to work with their best sales professional, Victor Estrada.

And great snacks ! Seriously, very helpful and we never have to wait. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends without hesitation. We will be back fit our next purchase.

I was very pleased with all aspects of the service I received. Enver and Frenk took the time to answer all of my questions and I did not feel pressured to make a quick decision. I have worked with Enver before and I am always happy with his ability to explain things to someone who is technically challenged! My experience was excellent. The salesperson was helpful throughout the process by locating a Certified Used CRV that hadn?t been through the intake process. While we went to lunch the dealership processed the car and detailed it. Preston, our salesperson made our buying a car an easy process because he listened to me and found what we needed and I would highly recommend him.
