I noticed friendliness, helpfulness, smiles, talk, and checking on many customers, by various Auto Honda 385 employees. That caring personal attention through out my wait, made me feel important, as a customer. I assume, others feel good about it too. The waiting area is very comfortable & meets several needs & offers.. Comfy chairs, large TV, and snacks. My service rep, John Tierney took very good care of me & my service ticket of tasks, and my car too. I appreciate his detailed style, in all he does. Thank You.
